After a national news outcry over Cyclospora parasites in the food supply (mainly lettuce this time)... a certain company has found themselves in the spotlight.

What seems at first to be a simple story of mistakes in agriculture, is actually a complex, 15 year cycle of delayed safety protocols, industrial lobbying, political manipulation, and repeated contamination. At a certain point, questions need to be asked about why these companies are allowed to operate this way with so little consequence.
