Net (non)Neutrality at work?

Is it just me or are some of you experiencing a browser lag depending on what sites you try to link to? Example: I just tried www.nineeleven.co.uk took almost 2 full minute before page opened. Yahoo or Google on the other hand come up INSTANTLY, and I mean instant. No lag, I cant even blink that fast. Just wondering could the Net Neutrality issue be lost already? Is this preemptive planning on the ISPs' parts?<br><br>Or am I just being paranoid again? <p></p><i></i>
