Is Bolton the one Fitzgerald is after in Plamegate?

Also have to wonder if, while in the process of mining for CIA information, Cheney and Bolton were also looking for anything with which to blackmail Bush and/or Rove, as well as anyone else who might have gotten in the way of the "palace revolt". <p></p><i></i>
