Is Swine Flu A Biological Weapon?

There are some factors that suggest the swine flu killing people in Mexico may be a biological weapon, but obviously no such conclusion can be drawn at this time. The World Health Organization and the U.S. government have been quick to deny such claims [2].

The swine flu virus is described as a completely new strain, an intercontinental mixture of human, avian and swine viruses. Tellingly, there have been no reported A-H1N1 infections of pigs.

According to a source [3] known to former NSA official Wayne Madsen, “A top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, concluded that H1N1 possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest that the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.

Madsen claims that his source, and another in Indonesia, “Are convinced that the current outbreak of a new strain of swine flu in Mexico and some parts of the United States is the result of the introduction of a human-engineered pathogen that could result in a widespread global pandemic, with potentially catastrophic consequences for domestic and international travel and commerce.”

However, it’s important to stress that it is far too early to make this assumption. We have to bear in mind that the number of victims has been comparatively low when one considers the fact that hundreds of thousands in Mexico contract infectious diseases every year related to poverty like tuberculosis and malaria. [4]

Fort Detrick, the U.S. Army Medical Command installation that was the source of the 2001 anthrax attacks, is again attracting suspicion in light of the swine flu panic after it was revealed that criminal investigators are probing whether virus samples recently went missing from its biolabs.

“Chad Jones, spokesman for Fort Meade, said CID is investigating the possibility of missing virus samples from the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases,” reports The Frederick News [5].

In February, USAMRIID halted their work when virus samples were discovered that were not listed in its inventory. Criminal investigators from the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division unit at Fort Meade are now probing whether virus samples are missing from the Army’s top biolab, which also studies pathogens including ebola, anthrax and plague.

Obviously, in light of the current swine flu scare, and the new strain’s possible synthetic origin, the fact that virus samples may have gone missing from the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was released is extremely disturbing.

A 2008 FBI and DOJ investigation concluded that Bruce Edwards Irvins, a microbiologist, vaccinologist, and senior biodefense researcher at the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) in Fort Detrick, Maryland, was responsible for mailing anthrax to members of Congress and the media in September and October 2001.

The fact that Irvins apparently committed suicide shortly before the announcement led many to suspect that he was a patsy in a wider plot. Despite the suspicious circumstances, no autopsy was carried out on Irvins’ body. His attorney was certain that Irvins, who had cooperated with the 6-year investigation, was innocent of the five anthrax deaths.

The Department of Justice initially considered Dr. Steven Jay Hatfill to be a strong suspect in the anthrax attacks, but he later sued the government and won $5.8 million in damages. A New York Times piece [6] on Irvins’ suicide asked the hypothetical question: “What if Dr. Hatfill had committed suicide in 2002, as friends feared he might? Would the investigators have released their evidence and announced that the perpetrator was dead?”

Fears that a mass pandemic was being readied as a biological attack have rumbled on in the conspiracy community ever since 9/11. Investigators point to the highly unusual number of deaths of top microbiologists [7]to suggest that people with knowledge of the program are being eliminated.

My talk to the World Freedom Alliance conference in Copenhagen, November 26, 2021
This talk was about:

a) similarities between the anthrax letters and the COVID pandemic, and

b) identifying and investigating the obvious perpetrators, the foot soldiers of the cabal to institute a great reset.

Why should I believe others will do what I’m unwilling to do? Despite appearances, Covid has not been the end of democracy. It has merely revealed that we were already not in a democracy. It showed where the power really is and how easily the facade of freedom could be stripped from us. It showed that we were “free” only at the pleasure of elite institutions. By our ready acquiescence, it showed us something about ourselves.

We were already unfree. We were already conditioned to submission...

Cornell, the boy who cried wolf, and the arbitrary and capricious impositions of punishments
While Omicron is clearly the one you want to get, this is the one the authorities don't want you to get. Yet they are risking a "boy who cried wolf" scenario as well as battle fatigue by pulling out all the stops for this one.

"Cornell University is seeing an uptick in coronavirus cases and has detected the “highly contagious” omicron variant on campus, particularly in fully vaccinated individuals, according to campus officials. Between Dec. 7 and 13, the Ivy League school in Ithaca, New York, reported 883 students testing positive for COVID-19, its online dashboard shows.

“Virtually every case of the Omicron variant to date has been found in fully vaccinated students, a portion of whom had also received a booster shot,” Joel M. Malina, the school’s vice president for university relations, said in a statement provided to McClatchy News.

On Dec. 13, Cornell’s COVID-19 testing lab found “evidence of the highly contagious Omicron variant in a significant number of Monday’s positive student samples,” university President Martha E. Pollack said in a letter to the campus community. Out of the students infected with COVID-19, the school has “not seen severe illness” as of Dec. 14, Pollack assured. [Who issued the order to always be vague about the numbers?--Nass]

The on-campus population of Cornell is 97% fully vaccinated, according to its virus data tracker that has recorded 26,008 students and 13,311 faculty and staff members who are fully vaccinated. Pollack noted that the evidence of omicron, first identified by South African researchers on Nov. 24, is “preliminary.” “PCR testing has identified its hallmark (the so-called S-gene dropout) in a substantial number of virus samples,” Pollack said. “While we must await confirmatory sequencing information to be sure that the source is Omicron, we are proceeding as if it is.”

She added that the detection of omicron has prompted the university to enact an “Alert Level Red” to “limit further spread” ahead of the end of the fall semester. This means that the school’s final exams are now online as of Dec. 14, the ceremony for December graduates on the 18 is canceled and all undergraduate events are canceled, according to Pollack."

The FDA approved the first three-antigen hepatitis B vaccine (PreHevbrio) to prevent infection from all known subtypes in adults, VBI Vaccines announced on Wednesday.

Approval for the recombinant vaccine -- which contains the S, pre-S1, and pre-S2 hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigens -- was based on data from two phase III trials that compared the safety and immunogenicity against the single-antigen Engerix-B vaccine.

In PROTECT, the three-antigen vaccine demonstrated higher seroprotection rates versus Engerix-B among all adults (91% vs 77%, respectively) and among those 45 and older (89% vs 73%). In CONSTANT, a pooled analysis of adults who received PreHevbrio had numerically higher seroprotection rates compared to the Engerix-B group (99% vs 95%).

As I showed recently , there is no demonstrated increase of Hepatitis B in the US, according to CDC, only estimates of a potential problem.

Given the massive increase in iv drug abuse since 2009, I would have expected an increase in new Hepatitis B infecctions, but CDC did not produce any evidence that there is one. But if you are monogamous or not sexually active, and don't use dirty needles, the chance of getting Hepatitis B is close to zero.

Will these be the next mandated vaccines?

This summary of recent studies by Robert Malone indicates that Omicron is a

vaccine (and possible previous-infection) escapee, that it is

* more transmissible than earlier variants (higher viral replication)
* much less serious than the preceding variants (at least in part because

Denmark, as of December 9, 2021. Denmark has one of the highest RT-PCR
testing capacities in the world and screens all positive RT-PCR tests with
an Omicron-specific PCR – allowing screening for Omicron.

There have been 785 SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant cases identified in Denmark.
The earliest Omicron cases in Denmark occurred before South Africa
announced the emergence of this variant. Most cases were fully (76%) or
booster-vaccinated (7.1%); 34 (4.3%) had a previous SARS-CoV-2 infection.
The majority of cases with available information reported symptoms
(509/666; 76%) and most were infected in Denmark (588/644; 91%).

One in five cases cannot be linked to previous cases, indicating widespread
community transmission.

Nine cases have been hospitalized, one required intensive care and no
deaths have been registered.

Highlights:

· 1.2% of cases have been hospitalized

· 0.3% in intensive care

· 0% deaths.

· 76% were fully or booster vaccinated, 14% not vaccinated

· 4.3% had previous SARS-CoV-2 infection

· 91% have no travel history, 9% reported travel

My take: this study is important because although there are studies and
spokespeople from South Africa stating similar results, the Danish
population in terms of age, body weight, life expectancy, etc. is more
similar demographically to the US population. This Danish study suggests
that Omicron will affect the American population similarly.

Covid-19: Runny nose, headache, and fatigue are commonest symptoms of
omicron, early data show

This College of London study shows that the top five symptoms reported for
omicron infection are runny nose, headache, fatigue (either mild or
severe), sneezing, and sore throat. This study is in line with what the US
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization,
and European countries such as Spain and France had all updated their
advice. The authors recommend that the National Health Service should also
amend their advice on Omicron.

This study is important because it is more evidence that 1) symptoms are
more mild and 2) more evidence that Omicron has evolved to infect the upper
respiratory system more readily than the lower respiratory tissue (see my
earlier substack article on this topic).

Data from South Africa’s largest private health insurer suggest that
omicron is spreading faster than any previous coronavirus variant and
showing signs of immune escape, with both vaccinated and previously
infected people more at risk than in previous waves.

More than 90% of newly sequenced infections in South Africa now involve the
omicron variant, and as it displaced delta.

Pre-release of preprint from HKUMed: this paper is currently undergoing
peer review

This papers shows that Omicron appears to be associated with three broad
characteristics: Vaccine escape (resistance), increased viral replication
and reduced disease. In contrast, the preceding dominant variant (Delta) is
also associated with vaccine escape, increased viral replication, and
increased disease severity compared to preceding dominant circulating
variants.

My take: This study presented the data that allowed me to formulate the
hypothesis that Omicron may have now evolved to replicate more in our upper
respiratory airway, and less in the deep part of our lung tissues due to
shifts in receptor specificity. In other diseases, like influenza,
replication in upper respiratory airways is associated with less severe
disease.

Honorable Chairpersons, Members and Senators,

I write in support of LD 867. There are many reasons why preventing COVID vaccine mandates until adequate, sufficient safety studies have been performed is the right decision for this committee and legislature.

1. COVID vaccines are experimental

Let me say, first, that no matter what claims have been made regarding these vaccines, they are not "safe and effective." "Safe and effective" is an FDA 'term of art'[1] that may only be applied to licensed drugs and vaccines. All currently available COVID vaccines in the United States are unlicensed and experimental, a.k.a. investigational.

Medicines and vaccines are either licensed products or experimental products. There is no gray area between them in US law. Whether or not research is explicitly conducted, the use of experimental products (including those issued under an Emergency Use Authorization) falls under the Nuremberg Code and under US law regulating experimental drugs. As former FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn himself noted, "EUA products are still considered investigational."[2]

According to 21CFR Subchapter D Part 312:[3] "an experiment is any use of a drug except for the use of a marketed drug in the course of medical practice." Vaccines are considered a subset of drugs by FDA.[4] And the use of unlicensed, Emergency Use Authorized vaccines is thus, by definition, experimental.

US law requires that humans receiving experimental products must provide written informed consent.[5] However, when the PREP Act creating Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) was written, this requirement was loosened slightly for emergencies in which EUA products would be used. The required disclosures when using EUAs were specified below. Please note the option to accept or refuse.

21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies[6]

(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
All Moderna, Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) and all childhood Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines are being used under EUAs. And while the adult Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is supposed to be licensed with brand name Comirnaty, in fact the Pfizer vaccines being used in the US today are EUA products as well.

2. While FDA licensed Comirnaty, the only approved COVID vaccine, only Emergency Use Authorized (experimental) vaccines are being used

Despite claims to the contrary, the only vaccine currently available in the US is the Pfizer-BioNTech, not the licensed and branded Comirnaty. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is authorized under an Emergency Use Authorization, which provides a broad liability shield to the manufacturer, distributor, administrator, program planner, and virtually anyone else involved in the vaccination process. The branded product, on the other hand, is subject to ordinary liability claims at the present time.

Exactly three weeks after FDA issued Comirnaty a license, the National Library of Medicine, part of the NIH, posted information that Pfizer was not planning to make Comirnaty available in the US while the EUA vaccine was still available:[7]

Pfizer received FDA BLA license for its COVID-19 vaccine

Pfizer received FDA BLA license on 8/23/2021 for its COVID-19 vaccine for use in individuals 16 and older (COMIRNATY). At that time, the FDA published a BLA package insert that included the approved new COVID-19 vaccine tradename COMIRNATY and listed 2 new NDCs (0069-1000-03, 0069-1000-02) and images of labels with the new tradename.

At present, Pfizer does not plan to produce any product with these new NDCs and labels over the next few months while EUA authorized product is still available and being made available for U.S. distribution. As such, the CDC, AMA, and drug compendia may not publish these new codes until Pfizer has determined when the product will be produced with the BLA labels.

FDA extended the vaccine's EUA authorization on the same day it licensed the vaccine.

FDA appears to have been acceding to the White House demand that the vaccine be licensed, in order for it to be mandated for large sectors of the US population. Under an EUA, which specifies that potential recipients have the right to refuse,[8] mandates cannot be imposed. So a license was issued, allowing the administration to inform the public that the vaccine was fully approved and licensed. But in fact, the public was unable to access the licensed vaccine.

Why was this convoluted regulatory process performed? While under EUA, Pfizer has an almost bulletproof liability shield. According to the Congressional Research Service (CRS) on September 23, 2021,[9] "courts have characterized PREP Act immunity as 'sweeping.'" The CRS explains, "the PREP Act immunizes a covered person from legal liability for all claims for loss relation to the administration or use of a covered countermeasure."

3. FDA instructed Pfizer-BioNTech that FDA's Congressionally-mandated databases are inadequate to assess the danger of myocarditis (and other potential COVID vaccine side effects) and therefore Pfizer-BioNTech must perform studies to evaluate these risks over the next six years

On the day FDA issued a license for Comirnaty, August 23, 2021, FDA instructed Pfizer-BioNTech that it did NOT have sufficient information on serious potential risks of the product, and required Pfizer and BioNTech, the manufacturers, to conduct a series of studies to assess these potential risks.[10] These studies were to be performed on both products: the licensed Comirnaty and the EUA Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Note that they include the requirement for a safety study in pregnancy, which will not be completed until December 31, 2025.

I have reproduced part of what FDA wrote about these required safety studies below, directly from pages 6-11 of the FDA approval letter sent to BioNTech, linked below.

FDA's admission that it cannot assess these safety risks, and that up to 6 years will be taken to study them, provides us with additional de facto evidence that the Pfizer vaccines cannot be termed safe, as many of the fundamental safety studies are only now getting started.

4. The World Health Organization does not recommend COVID vaccines for normal children

The WHO website "WHO SHOULD GET VACCINATED"[11] states the following:

Children and adolescents tend to have milder disease compared to adults, so unless they are part of a group at higher risk of severe COVID-19, it is less urgent to vaccinate them than older people, those with chronic health conditions and health workers.

More evidence is needed on the use of the different COVID-19 vaccines in children to be able to make general recommendations on vaccinating children against COVID-19.

WHO's Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) has concluded that the Pfizer/BionTech vaccine is suitable for use by people aged 12 years and above. Children aged between 12 and 15 who are at high risk may be offered this vaccine alongside other priority groups for vaccination. Vaccine trials for children are ongoing and WHO will update its recommendations when the evidence or epidemiological situation warrants a change in policy.

If the World Health Organization believes there is insufficient evidence to support general vaccination of normal children, why would this committee and the Maine Legislature think otherwise?

To sum up:

· All available COVID vaccines are experimental products
· They must legally provide recipients the right to refuse.
· Mandates negate the right of refusal.
· Basic safety questions regarding the vaccines have not been resolved, and some will not be answered until 2027.
· The WHO does not recommend broad COVID vaccinations for children
· Parents should be permitted to make individualized decisions regarding their childrens' risks and benefits from COVID vaccines.
· Unfortunately, no one can make a fully informed decision about COVID vaccines until the public has access to complete information on safety and efficacy, which are not now available.

Doctor who linked thimerosal to autism wins damages from Maryland Medical Board for harrassing and humiliating him/WaPo
State medical boards license doctors. They also enforce standards of practice. For example, medical boards took away the licenses of over 50 doctors who treated chronic Lyme disease, and investigated many more. Frustrated Lyme patients, unable to find doctors to treat them, went to their state legislatures to fight back. As a result, every state legislature in New England has passed legislation directing their medical boards to give doctors the right to diagnose and treat Lyme disease, outside of the restrictive guidelines issued by the CDC. It sounds crazy, but it's true. Here is the Maine law.

There are many reports of state medical boards taking action against doctors for other heretical beliefs, such as that vaccines may cause autism.

Dr. Mark Geier has published many research papers linking vaccines to adverse outcomes. His review of the evidence linking thimerosal to adverse neurological outcomes in small children was especially strong. He has testified in many vaccine injury cases, and advised government agencies internationally on vaccine issues. He also treated vaccine-injured children.

No doubt his advocacy rubbed many (in government and industry) the wrong way. The Maryland Board of Physicians went after him, pulled his medical license, and made spiteful (and illegal) personal attacks on him and his family. Board members and staff then destroyed evidence and failed to produce documents when Dr. Geier fought back and brought suit against them.

Medical boards have acted in egregious ways before, no doubt believing that their acts were protected because they were behaving as an arm of state government. Dr. Geier's case demonstrates that they cannot necessarily act with impunity.

In a most interesting turn of events, each member of the Maryland board who participated in the illegal harrassment of Dr. Geier has been personally directed to pay punitive damages, based on his/her net worth (from $10,000 to $200,000) to Dr. Geier and his family. Yes: out of their own pockets. Explaining the unusual award, the judge wrote that "It is necessary in this case, unfortunately, to deter such conduct in the future."

I imagine other medical boards will take note, and this may deter them from capricious harrassment in future.

Craig Kelly, a member of the Australian Parliament from Sydney who has criticized most of the pandemic measures, uses the expulsion of Novak Djokovic as the springboard to present data from the UK, Iceland and Denmark to show that the vaccine actually increases your risk of getting COVID.

Earlier, I thought this might be due to factors like higher natural immunity in the unvaccinated. But with the ascension of Omicron, which transcends both natural immunity and vaccine-conveyed "immunity" I concede that the vaccines are in fact causing recipients to be more susceptible to curent COVID infections.

Franz Kafka at the Medical Board: I asked the Medical Board staff lots of questions regarding their authority to pursue me for unspecified charges, which they ignored
I was never told what the charge (or charges) were that I was expected to defend myself against.

I was never told under what authority misinformation and disinformation are now crimes, although the legislature has not deemed them crimes. Here are two email responses and queries I sent to the Board investigator and the assistant attorney general for Maine HHS, but neither one answered my questions.

1. You did not answer my question regarding the statutory basis for investigating something that happens in my personal life, outside the office. I await your sharing with me the law or regulation that authorizes the Board to investigate my private life.

2. The AMA is not a state or federal agency and nothing they issue has the force of law.

3. Since not one thing I said was mentioned in the complaint, how could I possibly respond to defend myself, when there is no charge? What precisely am I being charged with that I must defend against?

4. The above 3 important issues have not been addressed. When the Board, not the Board secretary, who has no authority to interpret Board law and decisions, and has failed to answer my questions, has answered them, I would be happy to respond.

You say you are legal counsel. I am not sure what AAG stands for. Are you an attorney? If not, what are you?

Assuming you are an attorney, if I wrote to your board and said I heard you say things that were unprofessional for a lawyer and demanded you defend yourself, I have no doubt you would ask for what specifically it was you said or did that you needed to defend.

Both your email and those of Ms. Okoronko indicate that I am being asked to defend myself for potentially anything I have ever said and done, on or off social media. No attorney would fall for that, and I have not either.

The board website says the board decides if a complaint is within its jurisdiction. I assume the board also decides if a so-called complaint is an actual complaint. Neither you nor Ms. O have chosen to answer my queries as to what the charge is and whether the board found it was within its jurisdiction, as required and noted on the Board’s website.

I’m flabbergasted that there is neither a specific charge nor evidence the board decided to proceed.

And, just to make it clear, I am an expert who has published many papers, testified to 6 different Congressional committees, consulted for the World Bank, Director of National Intelligence, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) etc. I have been interviewed by all major TV networks and US newspapers. I don’t make public statements without evidence. I have never had a malpractice case or adverse board event in 41 years practicing medicine.

I look forward to hearing from Ms. Okoronkwo or Mr. Miller or the Board with answers to my questions. I welcome a chance to defend myself, if in fact, there is anything to defend.

On 21 December 1988, shortly before Pan Am Flight 103 took off from London's Heathrow airport at 18:25 hours, FBI Assistant Director Oliver "Buck" Revell reportedly rushed out onto the tarmac and pulled his son and daughter-in-law off the plane. The Lockerbie bombing was not the first time authorities were warned of an impending terrorist attack. The situation would repeat itself five years later in New York City, and seven years later in Oklahoma. It was an all too eerie coincidence.

Oliver 'Buck' Revell is the FBI's former Assistant Director who spent 30 years working his way up to the highest rank in career government service. Upon Buck Revell's retirement in 1994, he founded Revell Group International (RGI), a global network of former senior FBI, security service, intelligence, diplomatic, law enforcement and military officials with a broad range of international business and technical experience.[1] Revell graduated from East Tennessee State University and got his Masters from Temple University in Public Administration. He served four years in the Marines as an aviator and left as a Captain.[2]

The Hunt for Red Menace: The FBI Probe of CISPES

Many activists involved in Central America issues became aware of ham-handed snooping by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents in the early 1980's.In 1986 the Center for Investigative Reporting in California used the federal Freedom of Information Act to obtain FBI files which suggested a large-scale probe into CISPES. In 1987 testimony by a former FBI informant Frank Varelli also suggested a broad attack on CISPES by the FBI. Varelli later told reporters of the involvement of other governmental and private right-wing groups in targeting CISPES.
Some 1300 pages of additional FBI files released in 1988 by New York's Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), on behalf of CISPES, reveal in sharp detail the extent and nature of the FBI probe into CISPES. More importantly, the files show that the FBI, to justify its actions, accepted as fact a right-wing conspiratorial world-view which sees dissent as treason and resistance to oppression as terrorism.
The first FBI investigation of CISPES was launched in September of 1981to determine if CISPES should be forced to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Among the documents used by the FBI to justify this CISPES probe, according to Congressional testimony by FBI official Oliver "Buck" Revell, was a 1981 article by a former FBI informant and ongoing right-wing private spy-John Rees. The Rees article appeared in Review of the News a magazine published by the paranoid ultra-right John Birch Society. This FBI investigation was terminated without indictments in December of 1981.
A second FBI investigation of CISPES began in March of 1983. It was premised on the right-wing conspiracy theory that CISPES was a cover for "terrorist" activity. To justify this view, the FBI relied not only on reports from its informant Varelli, but also in part on a conspiratorial analysis contained in a report written by Michael Boos, a staffer at the right-wing Young Americas Foundation. This FBI "counter-terrorism" investigation was terminated without indictments in 1985.

Though it almost certainly won’t work, it is a telling sign of where the field is heading

A police officer is at the scene of a murder. No witnesses. No camera footage. No obvious suspects or motives. Just a bit of hair on the sleeve of the victim’s jacket. DNA from the cells of one strand is copied and compared against a database. No match comes back, and the case goes cold. 
Corsight AI, a facial recognition subsidiary of the Israeli AI company Cortica, purports to be devising a solution for that sort of situation by using DNA to create a model of a face that can then be run through a facial recognition system. It is a task that experts in the field regard as scientifically untenable. 
Corsight unveiled its “DNA to Face” product in a presentation by chief executive officer Robert Watts and executive vice president Ofer Ronen intended to court financiers at the Imperial Capital Investors Conference in New York City on December 15. It was part of the company’s overall product road map, which also included movement and voice recognition. The tool “constructs a physical profile by analyzing genetic material collected in a DNA sample,” according to a company slide deck viewed by surveillance research group IPVM and shared with MIT Technology Review. 
 
Corsight declined a request to answer questions about the presentation and its product road map. “We are not engaging with the press at the moment as the details of what we are doing are company confidential,” Watts wrote in an email. 
But marketing materials show that the company is focused on government and law enforcement applications for its technology. Its advisory board consists only of James Woolsey, a former director of the CIA, and Oliver Revell, a former assistant director of the FBI.
The science that would be needed to support such a system doesn’t yet exist, however, and experts say the product would exacerbate the ethical, privacy, and bias problems facial recognition technology already causes. More worryingly, it’s a signal of the industry’s ambitions for the future, where face detection becomes one facet of a broader effort to identify people by any available means—even inaccurate ones.
This story was jointly reported with Donald Maye of IPVM who reported that "prior to this presentation, IPVM was unaware of a company attempting to commercialize a face recognition product associated with a DNA sample."
A checkered past
Corsight’s idea is not entirely new. Human Longevity, a “genomics-based, health intelligence” company founded by Silicon Valley celebrities Craig Venter and Peter Diamandis, claimed to have used DNA to predict faces in 2017. MIT Technology Review reported then that experts, however, were doubtful. A former employee of Human Longevity said the company can’t pick a person out of a crowd using a genome, and Yaniv Erlich, chief science officer of the genealogy platform MyHeritage, published a response laying out major flaws in the research. 
A small DNA informatics company, Parabon NanoLabs, provides law enforcement agencies with physical depictions of people derived from DNA samples through a product line called Snapshot, which includes genetic genealogy as well as 3D renderings of a face. (Parabon publishes some cases on its website with comparisons between photos of people the authorities are interested in finding and renderings the company has produced.)

U.S. Sen. Dick Lugar applauded the opening of the Interim Central Reference Laboratory in Odessa, Ukraine, this
week, announcing that it will be instrumental in researching dangerous pathogens used by bioterrorists.
The level-3 bio-safety lab, which is the first built under the expanded authority of the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative
Threat Reduction program, will be used to study anthrax, tularemia and Q fever as well as other dangerous
pathogens.

"The continuing cooperation of Nunn-Lugar partners has improved safety for all people against weapons of mass
destruction and potential terrorist use, in addition to advancements in the prevention of pandemics and public health
consequences," Lugar said.

Lugar said plans for the facility began in 2005 when he and then Senator Barack Obama entered a partnership with
Ukrainian officials. Lugar and Obama also helped coordinate efforts between the U.S and Ukrainian researchers that
year in an effort to study and help prevent avian flu.

The Nunn-Lugar Act, which established the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, was established in 1991. Since
that time it has provided funding and assistance to help the former Soviet Union dismantle and safeguard large
stockpiles of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons. The program has also been responsible for destroying
chemical weapons in Albania, Lugar said.

Clean-up Crew starting to amend the COVID Death Over-Counts at instruction of the CDC (Centers for Deliberate Criminality and Prevarication)

I wrote about the falsification of US mortality statistics (and also case rates and hospitalization data) through the incomprehensible imposition of new rules on data collection, after I spent weeks poring over the case definition documents and other granular data near the end of 2020, describing my findings here, here, here, and here, and in other posts. 
I also wrote about how the tests for COVID had major flaws leading to high false positive and negative rates, and how these rates could be calibrated up or down by adjusting the cycle threshold, and by opening and closing test sites. 
The US was certainly not alone in harnessing the edifice of public health to its agendas. The Brits did the same thing, ramping up the counts of cases, hospitalizations and deaths in concert with the US.  They lowered these counts eleven months ago, quietly and without any explanation.  The Telegraph indicated last April that 1/4 of UK deaths and 1/2 of hospitalizations that had been reportedly due to COVID actually weren't. 
Probably all the other developed countries played the same game, but we don't have as good access to their data, and I have not seen any admissions from them in the English language press.
The falsification of the collection of federal and state health statistics was part of a deliberate, psychological operation played on the world population to convince us the COVID virus was much more severe than it really was.  We were furthermore made to believe that COVID was untreatable early (an equally grotesque and murderous lie) as the excuse to justify withholding medical treatments.
People were intentionally pushed into a state of high anxiety.  It wasn't simply the deadly virus.  There were so many other things designed to keep people unhinged. And so many reasonable fears, as well. Would you still have a job?  Would the economy crash?  Who would safely care for your children while schools were closed?  Would your pension fund evaporate?  Would your children grow up in a world without opportunities? 
Anxiety crowds out the ability to think clearly.  Apparently a chronically anxious populace was an important outcome for the Great Reset crowd, allowing them to get away with things that would never be countenanced otherwise. Things like indebting us for trillions of dollars that bought no useful drugs, vaccines, public health strategies, and propped up the super-wealthy while allowing small businesses to go under.
Things like mandating experimental vaccines for huge swathes of Americans (which is illegal accoridng to the PREP Act) and hiding the fact those same vaccines did not prevent infection or transmission—thus negating the reason to mandate them!
Things like hiding the fact the vaccines were minimally and crudely tested, and caused huge numbers of short and long-term injuries, which have so far not been compensated and only occasionally acknowledged by mainstream medicine. But if they are compensated, the taxpayer will be on the hook for billions or trillions more.
And now we have the war in Ukraine.  One can argue that the US, NATO and the Azov Brigade were deliberately goading Putin to do something. They wanted something to occur. Something that would give the media an excuse to scare the people over the spectre of World War III, just after the Omicron variant's high infectivity gave us a huge burst of cases, then a reprieve from infection.  The anxiety never had a chance to lift.
Did Putin give the West more than they bargained for, or is Putin playing on the same team as the Western leaders?  Attorney Reiner Fuellmich says Putin was never a World Economic Forum stooge, as is sometimes claimed. I don’t know.
Fooling us was not confined to ginned up fake statistics.  It included fake videos, like the Chinese falling down dead on the street--which were shown over and over to make COVID seem to be like no other disease ever encountered...one for which doctors could neither predict its course nor respond with therapeutics.  COVID was made to appear like a Biblical plague, to which all we could do was surrender. Or hide.
The public health narrative enforced by the mainstream media included another murderous lie:  that the virus was not "airborne." This allowed public health authorities to impose masks, social distancing and handwashing to ameliorate the risk--when they knew from the start that most cases were caused by virus supended in indoor air--and that masks and social distancing had virtually no effect on slowing down viral transmission. But the pretense that the virus was not airborne allowed authorities to close small shops (which had more access to safer, outdoor air) while creating the charade that the population was safer in poorly ventilated big box stores, where spread was likely to take place, unidentified.
Liquor stores were essential businesses while sandwich shops were not.  Who chose the businesses that were to be the pandemic's winners and losers?  How did they choose?  For example, who gave my governor her marching orders regarding when to open and close stores, remove and then reapply the masks, limit the number of people in stores and at events, then open them up?  She is no public health whiz.  Who did this stage-managing and calibrating?  There was no science behind it. What was behind it?
Most people didn’t understand that everyone will be exposed, sooner or later. How long do you want to try to hide?

The "rest of the story" is about how, in 1963 at age 41, having moved to Dallas and employed then as a lower level secretary typing transcripts of depositions, on November 22, 1963 she suddenly decided to begin collecting every scrap of news and documents she could put her hands on, and indexing, collating, preserving those documents for the benefit of future researchers.   How she did that, in her spare time with a low-paying clerical job, and four teenage children and a husband who could not hold a job for very long before his chronic drunkenness became apparent, is closely examined and exposed "for the record".  

It was nothing like the preternatural "legacy" that has been enshrined forever at the "Mary Ferrell Foundation."

The most important study of vaccine efficacy in children, from CDC and NY state, published in JAMA, in 1.3 million 5-11 year olds--got censored by Twitter because it showed efficacy dropped to 12% after 8 weeks and then became negative.

This study covered 365,000 vaccinated NY state children and over 900,000 unvaccinated children, aged 5-11, and it revealed in exquisite detail that the vaccine doesn't work.  No wonder CDC's partner Twitter tried to stop people reading it.  No one who understands what this study reveals would ever vaccinate their child.  The fact that FDA decided to wait 4 months after being briefed on the study -- postponing their review of the vaccines for under 5 year old kids TWICE should tell you something:  they wanted the heat generated by this study to die down, hoping everyone would forget about it by now.  
FDA will hold advisory meetings on June 14 and 15 and then hopes to authorize these worthless vaccines in babies starting at 6 months, for a disease that is generally no worse than a cold and requires dangerous boosters every 4-5 months (according to Pfizer and Moderna) to even give a whiff of renewed efficacy.

The WHO's Michael Ryan is overdoing himself today with his body language and loud voice.  Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.  He has not suggested a single solution, nor have any of the other WHO briefers.

There have been 2 deaths in Americans who had monkeypox. Both were said to be severely immunocompromised.

The Los Angeles County health department on Monday confirmed the first death from monkeypox in the U.S.
In a statement, the department said the patient was severely immunocompromised and had been hospitalized, but did not provide further details.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed the death as well, the department said.
In Texas, health officials are still investigating the death of a person with monkeypox. When the death was reported on August 29, the Texas Department of State Health Services said the patient was diagnosed with monkeypox in the Houston area and was "severely immunocompromised." But it's not yet known whether monkeypox was the cause of death.
There was also one reported death in a Hollywood makeup artist 9 days after receiving a monkeypox vaccine injection. 
Fortunately, monkeypox cases have been steadily dropping
