Wow, I'd love to see if sw's advice could work. Any way to get her advice to Richard or his co-counsel?

chiggerbit...I think you should go back and read all of this thread and the links. It's pretty clear how Richard felt....he went nuts and wanted to sue and or kill her dad (whose the "Fresno man" alluded to cryptically in the news article quote).

I read that part. What I don't understand is why the father-in-law is referred to in that way in the media. Why the obfuscation? Has anyone thought of doing a DNA test on the children, since Richard seems to be alleging that Susan's father molested her into adulthood? In other words, is this one of the unspoken issues? Isn't the timing and location of all this similar to the Horowitz-Vitale case? I wonder if there are any overt or subtle links. I mean, how could Hamlin's cult-murder-plot allegations be de-facto-crazy when the wife of a TV-famous attorney involved in a satanic cult case was murdered by a satanic cult youth about 60 miles away, about two weeks ago? Any thoughts on a possible connection?

I can get any information you want to Richard, or you can write him directly yourself, but there's also a lot of things we cannot do. Talking to Susan is number 1 on the list. Also, now that I've been called in as a witness, I cannot attend the daily trial, however, I can go visit Richard. No one has told me I can't see him and as far as I know I am still his legal runner, but he has only called me once since the trial began, so I'm a little concerned. Keep in mind, Richard is in jail. He's been in jail for two years now with no bail and a constantly delayed trial. His resources are very limited in terms of what he can actually get his hands on. He was able to get his notes from his home, but that's about it.

Victim. They worked together on recovering her memories. Even the police said they were "in on it together even after Richard was arrested ..."

DNA testing was an issue. Richard applied to get the kids tested 3 times. He was refused. His sons look exactly like him. There's no crossover there.
