Good catch, but nothing so intriguing. Chose the name because I burned through all my preferred usernames trying to register unsuccessfully over the last few months (the rigorousintuition@hotmail.com e-mail was full so new registrations weren't going through.) Also happened to be listening to a Gerry Mulligan album, so the dual nature of the thing seemed fitting.

Syrian warplanes took off from the airbase struck Thursday night by U.S. cruise missiles, Reuters reports.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the planes carried out strikes in rebel-held areas in the Homs countryside.

"About an hour ago, the US military attache in Moscow was summoned to the Defense Ministry to get an official note, which said the Russian side was suspending as of 00:00 hours on April 8 the observance of its obligations under the memorandum of understanding on prevention of incidents and ensuring of flight safety in the course of operation in the Syrian Arab Republic," he said.

Gen. Konashenkov refuted US media reports claiming Russia had decided to keep the hotline open.

This is the kind of smarmily sarcastic "provocative" hit-and-run shitpost that can have no other intended purpose than to provoke a two-word response. Or maybe you can direct us to a post -- any post -- in which Nordic ever described Trump as his hero (or anything like it).

And yes, it is surprising to see what is alleged to be a corpse opening an eye. Anyone except a fucking White Helmet would stop filming immediately and help that remarkable corpse.
