Exactly. In other words: as things stand, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is innocent. Glad we agree, Ian. Only a fascist would reverse the burden of proof or regard compelling evidence as optional.

You'll get the fucking shit beat out of you.
Really? I'm impressed. Will they be shouting "USA! USA!" (like those fine citizens at the funeral parlour) when they do it? Will they be wrapped in the flag? I think we should be told.
Anyway, it's good to know that fascism has no chance in the USA. (Anyone who doubts this aloud will
get the fucking shit beat out of him, at least in impressively-tough Boston.) And the word of Jeff Bauman, a Hero of Unconcussed Memory among much else, is enough to
prove that Dzhokhar Tsernaev dunnit and therefore deserves to die violently, just like his brother, or at least to disappear into one of the USA's world-famous anti-fascist jails for the rest of his natural life.
What's on TV?
yawn.

what's not on TV is you calling Jeff Bauman a liar.
i notice you aren't exactly calling him a liar here on this discussion board either.

it's pathological lunacy to suggest there were no real bombs.
It's pathetic and I really expected better from a number of voices here.

What? Where did
that come from suddenly? Who's suggesting such a thing? (Are you confusing this thread with another one?)

perhaps.
The trial can't come soon enough.

the court trial at which the evidence is presented and he's found guilty or not.

Wow. Did Mac pretty much just totally ignore compared2what?'s massive beat-down on page 126? I guess there really wasn't much choice in the matter, though.

Judge, jury and executioner, Mr. Ruby, handled by none other than MC contractor extraordinaire, Jolyon West.

well, if someone assassinates the suspect in his hospital bed or later that'll be something.

will it? I doubt it. All that has to happen is for the media to tell you that he got a bullet shaped injury in his forehead when slipped and whacked his skull on the shower nozzle in the bathroom and you'll believe them. After all, why wouldn't you?

The answer to your question is
no, barracuda. And "massive beat-down"? Most surely some mistake. (What's this obsession with physical violence? It appears to be endemic in your culture.) What you call a "beat-down" was in fact a square acre of pretentious verbiage veiled with a cloud of smoke. Just to please you, though, I'll wander through that featureless wasteland again tomorrow. Maybe I'll find a dime there.
In the meantime -- since you're so very impressed by c2w's response that you felt it worth proclaiming that impressedness to the world, or at least to this board -- please tell me exactly which actual
salient points of hers I have so far failed (in your book) to reply to. Use bullet-points if you find yourself struggling to formulate, or even find, her thoughts. Because if it turns out you're just cheaply braying "Yay, team!", I assure you I'm going to
break your bottom.

Ha. I found her to be clear as a bell.
I don't really blame you for the sidestep, but no, you're gonna have to account that one for yourself. I'm relatively sure you're almost up to the task. I'll be sure to check in tomorrow on your progress.
