Let it be known: I am absolutely opposed to banning "crisis actors" as a subject.
Now, if you wanted to set guidelines for strength of statement per evidence, or whatever...
Then maybe. But I would still want a high ceiling. Calling the whole bombing a hoax? Ban.
Stating with certainty that such-and-such person was an actor, using thin evidence? Warn.
Anything else can be dealt with like adults. Or, like adults correcting children.

Holocaust denial. No planes. Already banned.

Real question: Do you personally actually believe the whole bombing was an entire hoax, and what details does that entail, if you do? No real injured or dead victims? Or, only some? Or, most real, but a handful of fakes? Or, "hoax" in the broader sense of the event not being everything the officials purport it to be? You might not have noticed, but, above, I expressed a personal and genuine open-mindedness to all of the scenarios listed, save one. I am less open-minded the hoaxier the scenario, would strenuously demand the hoaxier a theory the better the evidence, but it is real open-mindedness, not lip service. Also, the last scenario on the list is something I feel confident enough to state with maximum 100% certainty: The official narrative of the bombings is fraudulent in some part or parts. I have my own hunches and conjecture about how. I have elaborated on all the possibilities I see in the Boston thread. I have defended the right, adamantly, of people to question the realness of elements of each bombing, including individual reported victims, if there is good (not bad) evidence to justify doing so. I can only not abide total, utter hoaxdom. But, that's just me. But, maybe it's not just me.

Was it a hoax? Yes/No
Are the "victims" actually crisis actors? Yes/No
If Yes, who hired them? And why? What was the intended purpose? Who profits (specifically)?
Where do you find a few dozen willing co-conspirators who are already missing some of their limbs?
Who did the make-up effects? Exploding blood-packs, fake bones sticking out, cuts and bruises, etc.
Who hired the "first responders" who obviously must have been in on it? Every single one of them, or one of them might have said something about the injuries being fake.
How did they pull it off in front of one gazillion cameras broadcasting live?
Who paid off the hospital staff to keep them quiet when they realized they had a bunch of actors in makeup on their hands?
How did they ensure that no random people tried helping any of the actors, thereby blowing the cover?

Erin had some minor injury went to a hospital to check it out and came away fine. The local newspaper found she had gone to the hospital and reported that she had minor injury, while other sources with later info and talking with the person got that there was no injury. Maybe some scrapes or something, called an injury at one point, but in light of others totally discounted as an injury later.
