Donald Trump Tax Fraud: Accountant Jack Mitnick Claims Republican Bet Faked His Signature, Evade Taxes

BY NATHANIEL ARTOSILLA EMAIL PUBLISHED: OCT 2, 2016 UPDATED: 11 HOURS AGO

Donald Trump could be in trouble after the New York Times revealed that the nominee could have avoided federal income taxes. Jack Mitnick, a lawyer and former accountant for Trump claims that the billionaire businessman cheated the government out of millions for almost two decades.

The previously unknown 80-year old quickly rose to fame after revealing details about Trump’s 1995 tax return. Mitnick spoke to the Times – on the record and exposed the candidate’s misconduct.

According to Heavy, Trump claimed a staggering income loss of $915,729,293 back in 1995. By utilizing a loophole known as “net operating loss,” Trump was able to fold his business losses into his personal income tax returns.

This means he was able to use the declared losses to from his businesses to cancel out his personal income tax obligations. This has been a common practice for wealthy Americans in order to pay the least amount of income tax.

Donald Trump Avoided Paying Federal Income Tax Accountant Returns

Jack Mitnick also revealed that Donald Trump might have faked his signature on his 1984 tax return. He served as Trump’s witness in a tax appeal case he filed in 1992.

Trump’s returns showed no income at all, but claimed $626,264 in expenses. A judge noted that the documents did not explain how significant expenses, without any concomitant income from his consulting business.

According to Mother Jones, a lawyer for Trump threatened the New York Times “prompt initiation of appropriate legal action.” According to them, the publication of the GOP nominee’s records was illegal.

The Trump campaign also responded to the report stating that “Mr. Trump has paid hundreds of millions of dollars in property taxes, sales and excise taxes, real estate taxes, city taxes, state taxes, employee taxes and federal taxes.”

Trump’s finances have been the subject of speculation not just by the Clinton campaign but also his fellow Republicans. He has repeatedly refused to release his tax returns citing an ongoing audit as the reason.

Financial Group Forced to Issue Apology After Giuliani Delivers Racist Comments at Dinner
CEO of the Commercial Finance Association apologized.
By Tom Boggioni / Raw Story October 1, 2016

A financial services trade group issued a formal apology to its members this week after former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani made off-the-cuff racist comments during a speech to the group.

According to the New York Observer — a paper published by Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner — Giuliani made comments about the kitchen staff working the dinner at New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel where the dinner was held.

Calling the Trump adviser’s remarks, “unscripted,” the CEO of the Commercial Finance Association apologized.

“At CFA’s 40 Under 40 Awards last Thursday night, keynote speaker Rudolph Giuliani veered sharply off course from the leadership message he agreed to deliver and presented unscripted personal opinions which were independent of CFA’s political position or core values,” CEO Bob Trojan wrote. “For those of you who were offended by Mr. Giuliani’s remarks, please accept my sincere apology.”

According to an attendee, Giuliani’s comments were met with silence.

“Rudy talked about immigration and made a really, really inappropriate comment about the quote-unquote Mexicans in the kitchen at the Waldorf,” the attendee said. “It was bad. You could hear a pin drop. I think he was looking for applause.”

The apology came one day after the International Council of Shopping Centers axed Giuliani as their keynote speaker at their annual conference after members complained about his rhetoric while on the campaign trail for GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump.

The problem is though that his campaign has created a whole new cadre of far-right ideology.
I probably shouldn't even start to unpack this one, but -- I have a hard time with the notion of the Trump campaign, skeleton crew Potemkin Village that it is, "creating" anything but mailing lists. "Ideology" is reallllly pushing it.

Trump believers I talk to are every bit as incoherent as neoliberals are, and with a much smaller working vocabulary, too. They're passionate defenders of the Constitution who want Donald Trump to essentially burn the Constitution and go full Generalissimo in his first week in office. They know they're being economically fucked and want to fix that by reducing regulations on the traitor class who fucked them.

Well ... incoherent, passionate beliefs ... that can only be expressed as a narrative because it's too insane for policy solutions .... maybe I'm wrong. I guess that does sound a lot like ideology.

But it's been here since NAFTA.
Okay, you're right. Maybe "calcified." But there's certainly a matter of unity, the next step for which could easily be organization. I'm already starting to see hints of that in their online communities. It will certainly be a concern after the campaign ends.

If Trump is what finally unlocked their passions they can't be that much of a threat.

A few anti-bullying drone strikes should be able to handle these piglets, am I right?

Being against people with genocidal dreams doesn't make me genocidal. It makes me want to stop genocide.

I never said you were genocidal, Luther Blisset.

You're talking about a pathology, not a people, if I understand your mindset properly.

Everyone who concerns you in this way is on a list, and the government will be happy to get rid of them through all manner of means once they've outlived their usefulness.

Of course you and I are troubled by different sets of actors and different sets of "genocidal dreams". It seems you're deeply concerned with behaviour and ideation that falls well short of that, too.

You were praising the groups that conduct extrajudicial targeted attacks on dissenters on behalf of European governments a few months ago. Why shouldn't we expect this to happen in America? Dream big!

Really? Can I have a link for that (cause I very much doubt that is true).

What, Left Wing Death Squads are bad now?

A gentler approach is already being taken. Many relevant stakeholders including an array of federal agencies are already working with you.

You are correct in that it is not true.

.

Also fits the intentional self-sabotage scenario, when he starts mocking the soldiery.

But I'm finding that harder to believe. He is the asshole he appears to be, and being this asshole got him where he is, thanks to there being so many assholes who identify with him. He just cannot control himself. He thinks the weekly announcements that he will act presidential henceforth are enough, and then goes right back to doing these things and getting loads of positive feedback for it from his crowds, with no regard for the majority outside the lord's echo chamber.

Anyway, it's also true that he won't lose the fucking platform after losing the election. Whatever asshole thing he says will be reported pretty much daily, just like it was long before the primaries -- the other absolutely indispensable ingredient that made his campaign. And of course he's going to start his own media group.

.
