There are obviously huge disparities that cause law enforcement inequities in communities and massive crime, but these aren't mentioned at all, and instead the policeman have become the bagman and now many communities are basically anti-cop, when most of them will remain in need of police protection. The violent crime in Chicago is a good example. Laxer gun enforcement sentencing, segregated ethnic enclaves, extreme poverty, gang culture, and weirdly, social media fronting:

Well, if being a bully makes him an authority, his gun offers him to opportunity to kill at random whenever the whim strikes him. I think he's a jackass, and there's nothing crazier to see than a jackass with a gun.
