Thats interesting. Do you know about atmospheric phenomenon called sprites and jets.

They are associated with thunderstorms and can look quite odd. When they were confirmed to exist lots of pilots and astronauts admitted to having seen them but said they didn't go on the record cos they feared being judged as unreliable and perhaps unsafe to fly.

What you just described reminded me of that story. Seems pretty similar.

I also read a short story (fiction) about a guy who could levitate. instead of claiming he could then demonstrating, he demonstrated it while pretending he wasn't, especially to scientific authorities who would probably have ridiculed his claims. They were desperate to not be crazy so they harassed him to admit he could do what he could.

You sighting itself sounds pretty wild too.

i'll get back to it.

I've been better able to grasp some of these ideas put forward by the scientists mentioned after doing meditation. And, after reading the book series Enders Game.

They describe space and time and esp in ways that I could totally understand and relate to.

Orson Scott Card's use of the ansible made sense. The soul presense named Jane was able to transport whole ships across the universe by going in side and then out side in a moment's time. ESP was something that the other species, even the trees and animals, could all easily communicate with just as easily as breathing. It was the humans who could not do it well. The humans thought they were so evolved. They were not involved at all. That's where meditation comes in. It makes you involved.

I would not be surprised if many of the things mentioned in these books have not already come to pass.

Yoganandajji devoted an entire chapter of his book to astral travel and what it is like on other planets. I thought it was interesting that in his book, Autobiography of a Yogi, he included a photo of himself in front of the Great Pyramid. That was not lost on me at least. Nothing was random with him.

Another Orson Scott Card book that I found interesting was the Children of the Mind book from the same series. It makes sense to me about souls being all around. It makes sense how you can electro shock or traumatize someone like a child so deeply that they leave their body and in the process of coming back in, pick up another side soul just like the Science of the Mind describes. That's not what he was writing about, but that writing made other things clear to me.

To me, the paranormal experiments with children had a connection to the UFO which was connected to the ESP which is all connected to meditation. It's like the dots became one big dot.

FYI, he stole the term ansible from Ursula K. Le Guin, ok not really 'stole' (lot of others have used it to) but fyi, that's where it originated. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ansible

but Card's depiction of ESP like communication with the emergent vast AI entity he talks with in later books of the series, is indeed very interesting.

I keep my eyes to the skies ever since!

Thanks for the responses, I think maybe in the past, humans have had some sort of higher tech, that was obviously lost to the sands of time. Maybe it was indigenous, maybe it was taught to us by the Guardians, maybe we stumbled across it one day while looking for a place to hump beside the strawberry patch, who knows?
I have read from various sources that the ancient priests used to bury their treasure inside their pyramids. El Tesoro rings a bell. I am wondering if there aren't many of these things around, buried; or hidden...Set to go off by some odd event or vibration...

I read the Autobiography of a Yogi a long time ago and don't currently have the book at home.

Yogananda wrote about the astral worlds as described in great detail to him by Sri Yukteswar. My memory cannot do justice so maybe you can hit a used book store and read the chapter. He talked a lot about astral planets where souls go to continue working out their karma. It was all about vibrationss. In the planets with the higher vibrations, there was no disease or insects or snakes.

It is repeated over and over that a human incarnation is rare. They write that the earth is the footstool of God. Things can be worked out here.

Other spiritually minded people have written about other worlds like Edgar Cayce. I am no expert but I remembered that he said human can incarnate on different planets and the different planets yield results in various areas depending on the vibrations.

Triangular ufo video footage ...

Hoboken New Jersey Triangular UFO

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tvMk4hD3SqE
We recently received this UFO video from a reader. He captured the video on October 22, 2012 in Hoboken, New Jersey. He used a Yukon Pro night vision monocular with a mini Eagle Eye camcorder attached.

He writes:

"It was not a plane in my opinion and appeared very high up, silent and no blinking lights. As you can see it has an odd configuration, sort of a backwards wedge with one in the lead. On close study I think you can see thru the object so maybe its several objects in a flying formation? I wish it was clearer but the Eagle Eye is a grainy recorder."

I said it before, but my suspicion is a majority of sightings occur the days around the 11th and 22nd of each month.

Which is even more baffling than ETI hypothesis: why would the phenomena obey an arbitrary human calendar not even in use by the whole species?

The time-series information that came from Keel & Vallee (by way of Aime Michel, no?) is fascinating stuff, and the time of day is at least a "real" cycle. I seem to recall 10pm - 11pm was the peak. http://www.jacquesvallee.net/bookdocs/AIAA.pdf

The 11th and 22nd is about as baffling as if it turned out UFO/UAP only showed up when The Simpsons was on.

Of course, all that assumes an external origin -- if the phenomena is connected to human rituals...
