I'd give it a solid 2% chance of happening.

Even if it happens, it will not be officially declared, because that would be too obvious. "Martial law" implies extraordinary circumstances. Whatever we get will probably be a new normal.

I've got plenty of doubt to pass around. How is it different from all of the other people naturalized on that day? I know they have big events for days like 9/11, 7/4 and others.

Other captions paint Tamerlan as a devoted Muslim. “I’m very religious,” he says at one point, noting that he does not smoke or drink alcohol. “There are no values anymore,” he says, worrying that “people can’t control themselves.”

A terrorist who comes to America strictly for a jihad sleeper cell mission does not become obsessed with a side hobby. It sounds like he took competitive boxing seriously. One doesnt need to go that far for a 'cover story'.

Yep, they had a huge swearing in ceremony on 9/11 at TD Garden, 2500 people last year.

My favorite speculation so far is that the Tsarnaev Bros were expecting help for the getaway and got dumped, leading them to do stupid shit like robbing a 7-11, carjacking, etc.

I just heard White House Situation Room now in full effect, how long until martial law declared, it is already in effect basically, we may see troops soon.

The White House is on full alert because of two...well now one yahoo? I don't get it. Well troops sure seem to be all over parts of Mass. Full on camo fatigued standard issue rifle and APC's strolling down. I just watched The Siege the other night when martial law happens, but this is way beyond that.
