Note that I say supposed vaccination rate above because the partially vaccinated rate from the latter dataset are 114% in the Financial District, 106% in Mission Bay and Hunters Point, and 101% in the Tenderloin, indicating a clear systematic overstatement of vaccination rates across all these data.
