1) My take on Chandra Levy is that she learned something about the coming WTC attack (Condit was on the Intelligence Committee) and was therefore snuffed to prevent it coming out.

3) Whatever the cause of the DC sniper case, it allowed local law enforcement to test out their ability to initiate martial law techniques around the city. The usual DC traffic congestion was made infinitely worse by the police searches of all vehicles leaving and entering the city. Add to this the supposed connection with a "white van" (virtually ALL windowless vans are white) and you have an event calculated to cause maximum havok with minimum use of resources.

Yeah the biggest red flag of the Chandra Levy case was that her remains just appeared out of nowhere in an open area of the park that investigators had looked over a gillion times. Some tried to claim a dog

Caity Mohoney, according to even the police, appeared to be the target of a deliberate execution. Monica Lewinski told Vernon Jordan "I don't want to end up like Caity". Caity was killed in a star bucks, where the door was locked, the store was closed...no money was taken out. She was shot multiple times.
