So, Norton ash pointed something out on this thread that kinda went over my head before. Has anyone ever said something privately about this quys thread titles? I know Jeff, you locked a real doosie not long ago. Any ideas on how to approach? The fellow just comes across as being a little odd in his posts.

He does seem to be slightly more unhinged lately. There are more threads, and they are less coherent than they used to be. But at least he doesn't disrupt any but his own efforts.

Ok. Looking at the titles he posts, I often tend to avoid them anyhow. His thread titles are kind of equivalent to passing gass purposely in a room full of people, if you ask me.
