I'm sorta gonna keep a little eye on this fellow. His posts seem odd, possibly because of his inability to sleep properly, but just in case... Not out & out thinking he is up to anything, but just wanting to keep an eye. I responded to his thread, as I find the subject interesting.
Any thoughts, folks?

I think it's a self-serving appropriation of Occupy, and a misuse of General Discussion.
Think I'll move it to the Members' Notice Board.
