For those who know the history of this board this has to be one of the greatest frozen in time threads ever:

Classical RI.
I was reading then but not posting. ProfessorPan always had interesting things to say, clear reflections on both the rigorous and intuitive sides of the RI coin. (PP, if you see this, I'd love to see you posting more again.)

It would be interesting to see how they fit on the suggestibility scale compared to non-scientists -- or even scientists in a very different field like, say, geology.
Do any of them have any direct experience of altered states of consciousness, or are they always the experimenter and never the rat?

huge make a good point about Framing here:
'voter fraud' which fingers the voter for the bad election results instead of 'election fraud' which fingers the people counting the votes.

About scientists altering their consciousness, Oliver Sacks recently wrote an article about his experience with psychedelics. I think. Maybe he just did a podcast but I think there was an article too.

Correct.
just how many reptile/humanoid threads did ya find brainy? sorry if I disappointed you
This is a thread for reviving old threads. In this case doa threads that for all sorts of reasons never got any replies. I gathered ALL threads by everyone that got no replies. The world really doesn't revolve around you slad. If I was looking for threads where you in particular discussed reptilians then I would just use the search function. Those threads are however very popular and would not sink into oblivion with no replies. People are morbidly attracted to them.

timing is everything...today you just happen to revive this 6 month old thread
People are morbidly attracted to them
but that's the name you chose for this thread
And just when did you decided to search up all this? And how long did it take you? ....let's see by my calculations you posted I deserve your pity at 10:30 and then we have this at 2:30. Maybe you stopped for lunch? Or did it take you the whole 4 hrs? Maybe it's actually you that deserves my pity and not the other way around. Who's morbidly attracted to what now?

Replies are one thing...but if you add a T, and mix ingredients slightly, you get reptiles . Sorry, couldn't resist.
