huge US base in Israel to be completed 31/8/05

I have been on a 4 day vacation - maybe this has already been posted, if so, my mistake. What does this mean? Any ideas? I never heard of it either. I guess they've kept it well hidden. <br><br>It seems they have build an underground facility as well. Maybe it is related to the upcoming war in Iran. Who knows... <p></p><i></i>
