....Didn't really want to hijack this thread, so everone can go back to what you all were talking about after you read this. I'm a member of the Led-Zep generation, and I'VE ALWAYS HATED their music, with the one sweet exception "Over the Hills and Far Away". When Robert Plant went out on his own with songs like "Twenty Nine Palms", I was convinced, that WOW, this guy can really SING. But, as Led Zepplin, to me, most of their Crap was true Archie Bunker "Crappola". And, trust me (or not), this was way back in the day when I regularly used Mary Jane, and tried acid.

As a music-lover from the day of my birth, an old-time Rock'n'Roller, Beatles-liker, Steppenwolf-lover, I just think, even now, that Led Zepplin's music, with one more exception, "Stairway to Heaven", really, Really, REALLY SUCKED. So badly, that I would find myself gasping for oxygen when one/most of their really bad songs thankfully ENDED at whatever venue I would find myself at the time.

But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Floyd de Bloginator
