YES. Well put, yesferatu. I've been watching this tactic, too.

Here's another example in Good Magazine.

cover text-
"This man predicts the future (correctly)
How game theory can tell us who the next president will be, if we'll bomb Iran, and the outcome of world events."

Ah, the cover story bogus discovery article is by...a former foreign correspondent to Newsweek which is owned by the CIA-Washington Post, Michael A. M Lerner.

This one year old periodical called 'Good Magazine,' put out by a 25 year-old who inherited millions from his MIT father who once designed missile guidance systems -

(Hey, this month's Vanity Fair also has JFK on the cover with that old cliche caption, 'Camelot.' I think 'they' know we are finding out about this use of anthropology in counter-insurgency because I found Project Camelot by assuming it was keyword hijacking when a new UFO disinfo website started up with this name, also the same way I reverse-engineered Operation Vulcan. heh.)

This young, rich, wannabe do-gooder is getting used as financer of psy-ops for a demographic.

The bottom border of all the pages of this Good Magazine issue has tiny graphics of 'cool' spy devices. Um, how progressive.

The previous issue of 'Good Magazine' had a machine gun on the cover with the story being "Has anything else been so perfectly designed?"

The profits from this magazine's sales go to twelve different charities. How ironic.
Wait. No. That's part of the lure of this magazine which has articles making the military-industrial complex fascinating.

Ahh. Now this makes sense, ay?

This mag is marketed, no surprise, to affluent lefties with ads from Whole Foods and Nordstrom and Travelocity...Just the people who read on their internet connections and could stumble on just how long this scientific fascism has been goin' on.

After 9/11 we learned about "new" software patented that could identify where the plane was going and PREVENT it from hitting a database of landmarks and then autoland the plane at a military base. HMMM...

Long after 9/11 we learned that eventually we would be able to...use cellphones on planes. HMMM....

They didn't go over my head..

After Katrina hit my old home, Miami, it hit the gulf and entered a patch of water that was so hot there was a huge die off of ocean life in that area. One of HAARP's proffered abilities was atmospheric compression.

Compression = Friction.

Friction = Heat.

From the Alabama/Georgia border I also saw something myself when Katrina was still in the Gulf. The night before it hit NO, there was cloud activity beyond anything I'd ever seen in my life. There were several of these enormous, thin clouds running parallel hauling frigging ass down to the south. The clouds themselves were up in the stratosphere and had to be doing better than 800 mph, I'm thinking way more than that. They were all converging to a point heading south/southwest where Katrina's engine was positioned.

It was like watching Katrina suck in the sky like a vast Charybdis.

I did a job out at Qualcomm Stadium(here in San Diego) a couple of years ago. Surrounding the stadium itself is another ring of concrete about 12' high. On the outside, this outer ring houses ticket offices and entry/exit gates. Comprising the inside of this ring are mostly snack bars/fast food outlets and restrooms. I walked around the entire stadium looking at the inner wall of this outer ring, thinking, 'If I got stuck inside here with the gates locked, could I climb out'? I found no place where you could climb up and over the ring without the assistance of a ladder.

The whole place was designed as a giant holding facility. I wouldn't be surprised if they end up not allowing the refugees to leave.

The great novelist and essayist Joan Didion from her classic Slouching Toward Bethlehem on the Santa Ana Winds that are driving the catastrophic Southern California fires:
"We know it because we feel it. The baby frets. The maid sulks. . . . The heat was surreal. The sky had a yellow cast, the kind of light sometimes called 'earthquake weather.' My only neighbor would not come out of her house for days. . . . In Los Angeles some teachers do not attempt to conduct formal classes during a Santa Ana, because the children become unmanageable.

" . . . It is hard for people who have not lived in Los Angeles to realize how radically the Santa Ana figures in the local imagination. . . . Los Angeles weather is the weather of catastrophe, of apocalypse, and, just as the reliably long and bitter winters of New England determine the way life is lived there, so the violence and the unpredictability of the Santa Ana affect the entire quality of life in Los Angeles, accentuate its impermanence, its unreliability. The winds shows us how close to the edge we are."

The destroyed Potrero community near San Diego is the location where Blackwater plans to put a massive mercenary training facility. Now all the homes are destroyed.

Here's the latest update from Rick Jacobs with more on
how you can help the people of Potrero as they suffer a tragic wildfire just as they were gearing up to fend off Blackwater, the mercenary corporation that wants to open a giant base in their community.

As I write this, massive fires are raging across Southern California. While it is quiet and normal at my house in Los Angeles, I can see smoke in the distance and smell it in the air.

And I keep thinking about the good people of Potrero -- a serene small community in East San Diego County -- that I met just a few weeks ago as we rallied together to block Blackwater from building a base in their tiny, beautiful town.

These concerned community members have been working for months to stop Blackwater from building a mercenary training facility on 824 acres, consisting of 11 firing ranges, a helipad, and an emergency vehicle operator's course covering the equivalent of 10 football fields. As we watch the fire burn across the area today, one can only imagine what might have happened if an armory full of ammunition and explosives were located inside this box canyon.

I was inspired and proud to march with the good folks of Potrero, people who are not usually political, but who know that if they do not stand up against Blackwater in their own community, then no one will.

We need to show our support for the people of San Diego County at this difficult time. Click here to send a brief message to Potrero residents expressing your support and then consider sending a donation to the San Diego Foundation's "After the Fires Fund":

http://www.couragecampaign.org/Potrero

Beyond the damage and destruction to life and property, the timing of this wildfire could not be much worse. This fire exploded just as the people of Potrero were preparing for a recall election on December 11 to kick out the planning group members who approved Blackwater's base. With ballots scheduled to be mailed in early November to less than 600 registered voters in this historic vote-by-mail recall, Potrero residents were preparing for an intense campaign over the next six weeks.

But the actual landscape -- and the political landscape -- of Potrero have been transformed over the last 48 hours.

There's no time to waste. On Sunday, if the situation permits, I will travel down to Potrero with my Courage Campaign colleagues Eden James and Julia Rosen. If we are able, we will hand-deliver your notes of support to the people of Potrero, survey the damage and determine how we can help them move forward.

Please click here to watch a brief YouTube preview of a documentary film being made about the battle over Blackwater and the people of Potrero. Then consider sending a donation, and let them know that you are behind them:

http://www.couragecampaign.org/Potrero

Jan Hedlun and Carl Meyer are two Potrero residents featured in the documentary film produced by Alternate Focus that you can watch at the link above. Although she is not identified, Jan is the first woman appearing on-screen, describing how the Potrero residents "first heard of Blackwater."

Just last Sunday, as we were about to talk with both Jan and Carl by conference call about how to help them block Blackwater's base, news broke of a huge fire moving towards Potrero. We spoke with Jan again that evening but, despite many repeated attempts, we have not heard back from either Jan or Carl since Sunday night. While we assume they are OK, reports from East San Diego County have been unclear and we remain deeply concerned.

Obviously, the last thing Jan, Carl and their fellow concerned citizens can think about right now is Blackwater and the recall election. But I can guarantee you that Blackwater is thinking about nothing BUT that recall election. From what we understand, Blackwater is already crafting arguments to defend their proposed base and play on people's emotions during this crisis. Blackwater will likely argue that their base will not increase fire danger in San Diego County even as they plan to build it in a brushy, dry box canyon with only one way in and one way out.

We need to be there for Jan and Carl and everyone in Potrero. After watching the YouTube video, will you consider sending a donation to the "After the Fires Fund" or a note showing your support for the people of Potrero? On Sunday, we'll hand-deliver the note for you:

http://www.couragecampaign.org/Potrero

While the good people of Potrero are focused on recovering from this disaster, we will continue to keep you updated on the other disaster threatening their community -- Blackwater's plans to build a mercenary base on their pristine land, just a few miles from the California border.

Thank you again for everything you are doing to support the people of Potrero.

Rick Jacobs
Chair

P.S. Three weeks ago, we asked you to sign your name to a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Barbara Boxer about Blackwater's base, including a warning about Potrero's "fire-prone landscape":

"Not only will Blackwater's proposed California paramilitary base disrupt the lives of its residents, but it will also threaten the pristine natural habitat of the Round Potrero Valley, which includes part of Cleveland National Forest and is adjacent to the proposed Hauser Wilderness preserve. The regular detonation of firearms would be a risk both to the fire-prone landscape as well as to the wildlife that currently calls that area home, including the golden eagle and the California condor."

Despite this ominous warning, Senator Feinstein and Senator Boxer have failed to respond. The residents of Potrero and San Diego County can't wait for politicians to act to reduce the fire danger posed by Blackwater. That's why the Courage Campaign is getting involved now.

To show your support in their time of need, please consider sending a donation to the "After the Fires Fund" and a note of support to the people of Potrero:

Blackwater land grab? Reply By William C
I have a funny feeling that Blackwater may be getting a real good deal on a huge swath of land after the smoke clears.

Ow, my eyes. San Diego is a military town. Period.

I was visiting a friend for a few days in Victorville out in the high desert just before the official invasion of Iraq. Big base out there.

I read online that huge miltary excercises were going on in the area in preparation and that very minute I packed up, thanked my host, and drove to the coast. My host was from a military family and he thought it was pretty funny that I evacuated the area so fast.

Sometimes just proximity to unaccountability is too much to bear.

Don't take it personal, I didn;'t mean it that way.

Dumping shredded tires from a plane to dim sunlight is about as low tech as it gets, and the tire pieces themselves are about the only black involved.

Now when you want to start talking about how Wilma went from an unassuming Tropical Storm to a Cat 6(yes, I meant 6, not 5) Hurricane in less than 12 hours, lemme know, cause whatever did that is the real black tech..

Oh, and whenever you want to explain this as well, feel free:

FWIW, and with these details thats not much, I once found a similar image on a radar system, the brisbane(marbung) weaher radar. It was in the early naughties some time. 02 probably.

There was a low on the coast and this was offshore about 150 kms offshore. Nothing like the intensity of that image tho. Posted the image on the old megasprayer site, not the meassage board, but an old defunct news site.

I have my suspicians about how those things are formed but I have never found a credible link supporting the info. Plus I don't know how plausible those suspicians actually are.

Those fires are pretty serious btw.

Anyone ever been to that part of the world?

I know California is similar to SE Audtralia as far as potential for catastrophic bushfires goes, but when the last ones were on about 4 or 5 years ago I was checking out photos from the area. I saw what looked like flooded gums, a native Australian eucalyptus, its leaves are high in volatile oils and it drops fuel like a bastard. I think its also one of those eukes that needs fire to set seed. I also heard there were aust'n euke plantations in sw europe. (Spain and Portugal). Where there have been similar mad fires.

In a place prone to serious fire importing eucalypts is a very dumb idea.

Further to the fires. Anyone reading this in an area at risk from these fires take note.

Make up your mind several hours ahead of the firefront's arrival, are you staying or going?

This will depend on your homes location and proximity to fule, tho to be honest I would stay no matter what.

HOWEVER THAT IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION

Factors you should consider are prevailing winds, terrain and vegetation. Fires gain immense momentum and energy (heat0 when moving uphill, and lose it moving downhill.

Vegetation containing volatile oils can result in explosive fire movement and fireballs.

Prevailing winds will drive fire into unburnt areas (ie more fuel and greater intensity of fire, or more energy/heat).

If you stay remember that. If you go remember to plan a route that doesn't expose you to danger from those factors. The best way to avoid that is to leave early.

If you stay prepare well beforehand.

Fill every available container with water - sinks, bathtubs, buckets, jars and cups.

If you have guttering around the roof make sure it is clear of leaf litter and stop it up. Then fill it with water. Embers will probably settle in gutters, and similar places where leaf litter gathers. Wet them down as well, if possible fill them with water.

Water pressure will probably go, so prepare the water early. Wet down whatever you can. If you have a pool don't rely on it as fire crews may take the water. They probably have the legal right to and if they need it they should get it. They will be trying to defend your, and your neighbours properties with it.

If you have an inground pool waiting out the fire in it MIGHT be okay, but I wouldn't recommend it.

NEVER TAKE SHELTER IN AN ABOVE GROUND POOL OR WATER TANK.

You will be cooked.

Clear all flammible material away from the house. Vegetation, wooden structure, brushwood fences etc etc all become fuel sources. Move any gas and fuel containers away, or store them somewhere in a basement or cellar, where they will not be exposed to heat. Preferably tho, get them away from the house. You might have a welding kit in the garage, or a caravan with gas bottles attatches, or a gas barbq. Get it as far away from your house, and any other people as possible.

If the fire is coming and you still have water pressure, position hoses and garden sprinklers so they create a curtain of mist or rain or water between you and the fire. It may help. Keep one hose in reserve in case you still have water pressure after the fire front passes. If you have curtans soak them and close them. But make sure they are saturated. otherwise they might catch fire. If you can't saturate them take them down WELL BEFORE THE FIRE ARRIVES.

Radiant heat kills.

Radiant heat kills.

Therefore your best chance is inside the house, even if its old dry wood. Try to keep at least one room between you and the fire front. IE Shelter inside in the rooms furthest from the fire front. The more walls and rooms between you and the fire the less radiant heat you will be exposed to.

If your house catches fire it will not turn into an inferno immediately. You will have a few minutes to stop outbreaks before they become to big, if they start from single ignition points.

As the fire approaches you will probably experience a rain of embers. This could happen while the fire is kms away so keep a constant eye on the place and always look for ignitions. Keep doing this till the front arrives but make sure you are inside in a safe room or hall when the fire is still several hundred metres away. When its within half a km it has basically arrived. Make sure you are inside before the fire is closer than 100 metres.

If you have wool or cooton blankets and clothes wear them and keep them nearby, and wet. Natural fibres burn far less than synthetics, if at all.

After the fire passes put out whatever fires are breaking out on you and your neighbours places.

If you are in a suburban or high(ish) density area, you probably won't have to face a raging firefront, but if you are in a rural or bush property then you may face the full force of a fire. Honestly assess whether you will be able to withstanbd the front, and if in any doubt LEAVE.

Long before the fire arrives.

Whatever else

DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THE OPEN WHEN A FIRE FRONT ARRIVES.

Radiant heat kills.

Edited to add:

If caught in a burning building, get down low and move away from the heat sources.

Smoke inhalation also kills.

Also, fire can be beaten out if small.(We used to beat out smaller firelines with saplings). Thats why cotton and wool (especially wet) can be useful.

Don't forget

Radiant heat kills.

You don't say?

I'm starting to hear on the news that authorities believe some of these fires were deliberately set.

After Blackwater is exposed as having been involved in terrorism, kidnapping and joy killings in Iraq...and as the world begins to realize who and what they are, I hope more people realize that PMC's are going to be a big ugly entity making their presense felt.

I wish you guys all the luck in fighting off these guys.
