...Especially the parts about "creative prosecution."<br><br>Few attorneys have the time or resources to do as many things as need to be done... just like a cop who pulled me over for speeding one night suddenly got a call to go somewhere far more important than simply dealing with someone who wasn't drunk or anything else... simply driving a bit too fast.<br><br>Then again, there is also a great deal of that same "creativity" being used to deal with a select few who perhaps aren't deserving of any legal attention at all, like some of the so-called "enemy combatents" currently being locked up and deprived of their rights. In their case, it all goes right to the top, and someone abrogating individual rights in order to support a particular version of a Big Picture. --MaryK <p></p><i></i>
