Well, I didn't want to be the first to point that out, but since we're on the subject . . .

Womb. Rex had the best response, in my egomaniacal opinion.

EXACTLY. We often are quick to judge, high on our own pillars.

I was in San Francisco in May, this young black gentlemen comes up as Im having some breakfast in a car. He said that he needed whatever money I had to get a bus ticket to see his child in San Jose...but he also was upfront and said he had a crack addiction. I said "you know, I like that kind of honesty". I gave him the rest of my meal, $5, and we ended up talking about how life can be sweet...then out of nowhere a series of events can take you where you didnt think youd be. Good or bad.

Somehow after 10 minutes we ended up talking about elite agendas, new world order, war profiteering, hidden symbols on our money, the "Illuminati", manufactured diseases, the origins of crack...I felt this young man was more "down" and open minded than even a lot of the young liberal activists I hob knob with in the bay area.

Nope, I'm frighteningly boring. But I do a fine job of inhaling O2!

Bump.

I hadn't read any of the responses after I wrote this.
Reading them cheered me up.

Thanks for the help, everyone.

Let's keep it up!

Okay people, the time has come. It's been real hanging out here, expressing myself, having people listen to me, listening to other people (that's been the best part!), and in general testing the minds (including my own) of probably the most open-minded critical thinkers in the world. I gambled on what mattered most, and I think I won...I think we all won. Even a "hopeless" soul like OP ED! But I've spent (never wasted) too much time on the internet, and it's time for me to spend the rest of my life outside, most of it anyway. I love the warm sunlight too much. If anyone feels like contacting me, just send me a private message, or for those who have my email address, email me. I'll be checking my email now and then. And for all the times I've said "I'm going to show you!" and never followed up, like the Q&A-on-CSPAN idea or the idea about tinfoiling the statues of history's great conspiracy realists, all I can say is just...stay tuned. Thank you all, especially Jeff for creating this place in the first place. Listen to each other, take care of yourself, and cheer up!
