On this scary, scary night, a few songs for the kiddies, starting out with "the Human Jack-O'Lantern",

Image

Guy Lombardo and His Royal Canadians – Boo Hoo

Jean Sargent and The Boswell Sisters – Rock and Roll

Kay Kyser – Slow Boat To China

Spike Jones and his Orchestra – Mairzy Dotes

Freddy Martin – Bumble Boogie
featuring the brilliant artwork of Mary Blair, although it's undoubtably a psy-op in there somewhere.

Kay Kyser – Three Little Fishes

Lonzo and Oscar – I’m My Own Grandpa

"O Oysters," said the Carpenter,
"You've had a pleasant run!
Shall we be trotting home again?'
But answer came there none--
And this was scarcely odd, because
They'd eaten every one.

Ah that really sucks. I saw JCB with Eugene Chadbourne last year. Me and my brother asked Jim and Eugene to play alot of country songs, to annoy all the hipsters in attendance, and they happily obliged. Good times... damn.
