Before two planes struck the Twin Towers, forever altering the course of world events...in the Summer of 2001, there were two words on the minds of America and the media: Chandra Levy.

The Washington Post has a new investigation, almost seeming to conclude it of the world of some El Salvadorian serial killer. Ok.

But like the questions behind the DC Sniper Beltway case and the FBI agent they killed...

like the ritualistic killing of Laci Petersen...
the unanswered questions of the OJ case or Jon Benet Ramsey..

One has to wonder.

Consider this: In 1997, a Clinton intern who was telling friends she was going to go public about a secret affair with Bill, was taken out execution style at a Star Bucks. No money was taken, and she seemed to be targetted in the strange murder.

So the question is, could there be a deep state connection to Chandra Levy's killing? Black mail of Condit? A tie to the Israeli Deep State?
...a relation to the impending 9/11 attacks?

The research of that WP article is pretty intense. It reminded me of reading through the new Paul Thompson History Commons fact timeline on the hijackers.

That which stood out..

I found that inmate in a federal prison. Following an exchange of letters and telephone calls, the inmate -- whose name The Washington Post agreed to withhold to protect him against reprisals from other prisoners -- said he would see me. It took more than an hour and a half of warm-up conversation in a prison visiting room, but the inmate recounted the story to me as we sat side-by-side. He told me the same story he told authorities: that Guandique told him he was walking in the Adams Morgan neighborhood one day; was approached by a man who pulled up to the curb in a black car and who offered him the "job" of killing a woman for $25,000. The man would supply a picture of the woman and information on her whereabouts. He would pay half the money upfront and the rest upon completion of the "job." Guandique said he did not realize who the man was and who the victim was until the story hit the media. The rest of the tale is recounted in today's chapter.

The two detectives wanted to see if any evidence had been missed in the woods, and I asked them if I could join them to observe. They arrived about 11 a.m. and used rakes to search through the piles of leaves in the woods. They looked in holes. About 90 minutes into the search, McCann tapped his rake against a bone. He was about 50 feet from a cleared section of the park where police had looked for Chandra's skeletal remains the week before. The 12-14 inch tibia had been under a thin pile of leaves and embedded in the ground.

I was surprised by the response of the police department. First, police officials said that the bone could not have belonged to Chandra Levy. When the D.C. medical examiner said that it was in fact Chandra's missing left tibia, detectives questioned the veracity of McCann's story and asked the private investigator if he would submit to a lie-detector test. He was insulted and declined. Next, police asked Philip Palmer, the man who had originally stumbled upon the Chandra crime scene, if he had anything to do with the tibia. He said no and provided a videotaped statement denying that he tampered with the bone.

Finally, the department released a press statement that the bone had not been there during their original crime scene search. A police official said he believed that an animal had dragged the bone to its den and dragged it back to the site after officers left. After this incident, the police returned to the crime scene to sift through the leaves and dirt once again - and found many more of Chandra's bones.

Separate from the question of Chandra's disappearance, Condit has never said publicly if he had an affair with her. We discovered that Condit voluntarily submitted to a DNA test late at night in the parking lot of a Giant supermarket on Wisconsin Avenue. The results of that DNA test, which matched Condit's DNA to a semen stain on Chandra's underwear found in her apartment, had never been reported before.

12. To this day, the D.C. police and the prosecutors working on the Chandra Levy case have never interviewed the two women who were attacked in the park by Guandique --Halle Shilling and Christy Wiegand.

The contents of Guandique's confidential pre-sentencing report that included the statement: "When I'm about to commit an offense, I tell myself to go ahead and do it, but afterwards I feel bad about it... Sometimes, I cannot control myself when I see someone alone in a secluded area with something of value."

25. The observations of criminal profiler Kim Rossmo, who said after examining the Guandique attacks and the Chandra crime scene that Guandique "stands out like a neon sign."

Probably because the Mainstream media is owned and controlled in part by dirty tricksters in the CIA.. the shadow government. Mary Caitrin Mahoney

Murdered July 6, 1997 - An attractive 25 year old woman, Mary was a former "Clinton White House intern working as the Assistant Manager at a Starbuck’s coffee shop in Georgetown.

In the pre-trial publicity surrounding Paula Jones lawsuit, and days after Newsweek's Mike Isikoff had dropped hints that a "former White House staffer" was about to go public with her story of sexual harassment at the White House, gunmen entered the Starbuck's while the crew, ( Mary Mahoney, 25, Emory Allen Evans, 25 and Aaron David Goodrich,18) were cleaning up after closing.

Mary's two co-workers were taken to a room and shot. Mary was brutally shot five times, no money was taken. In March 1999 Carl Cooper, 29 was arrested (on an unrelated warrant) based on a tip came in to "Americas Most Wanted" hotline after the story aired for a third time.

Cooper, arrested for a 1996 shooting of a "Police Officer", confessed to the murders after questioning Monica Lewinsky surfaced as a reluctant witness in the Paula Jones lawsuit and lied in her deposition!

Monica told Vernon Jordan " I don't want to wind-up like Mary Mahoney" That statement suggests Monica's fear that Mary's murder was somehow connected to the Clinton White House. Mary Mahoney was a Lesbian and was among 6 who organized a gay group in Baltimore, called the avengers. If any sexual advance had been made by Clinton toward Mary, such conduct would have been an issue .

You're aware that it almost always seems to be the right wing Republicans that are tied to child rape and these sorts of things?

If the Franklin Coverup/Craig Spence thing taught us anything, it's that ironically it's the "Christian" conservative GOP elite that are heavily into that sort of stuff.

The media reports stuff like Mark Foley, acting like it's "shocking" he was trying to come onto a 16 year old. To the real sickos in the GOP, 11 is too old.

Why does this make sense to me?

If Chandra Levy's disappearance was a random murder of the sort that discovering a body at Rock Creek Park suggests, then Chandra Levy's body would have been found a very long time ago. Most realistic scenario; Chandra Levy's disappearance was a meticulously planned crime and moving the remains to Rock Creek Park, a location where they would certainly be discovered, was a deliberate attempt to create a false impression about the disappearance of Chandra Levy. For example, instead of a professional killing, Chandra Levy's murder was arguably a matter of being at the wrong place at the wrong time -or try any other number of potential possibilities. Nice try, but 'meticulous professionals' ultimately betray themselves because they are all too frequently, too meticulous for their own good. It's not the crime, it's the cover up stupid.

The people who made Chandra Levy disappear without a trace were too professional for their own good. They made Chandra Levy's body disappear without a trace for 387 days and then they made it magically reemerge in a "remote" area of Washington DC. The only problem is, there is no remote area in Washington D.C. And even if we accept the suggestion that it was indeed a "remote" area, it had been thoroughly combed, and returning the remains was ultimately a mistake. Bad mistake.

Your ideas make sense to me.

The fact that more Republicans than Democrats are tied to pedophilia and other sexual scandals doesn't scuttle your theory at all, it may simply indicate where most of the pressure is being put and which party is most vulnerable to it.

Chandra Levy attended the University of Southern California to earn a Master's degree in Public Administration. While in California, Levy had served as an intern for Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan, and California Governor Gray Davis. There she discovered the private world of high level politicians, many of whom live wild satanic sex lives. She moved from from her home in Modesto to Washington DC in September 2000 to begin an internship at the Federal Bureau of Prisons...

As an intern in the Federal Bureau of Prisons during the winter and spring of 2001, she worked in the Public Affairs section, and Press Office. Chandra's co-workers at the Bureau of Prisons praised her work and noted that Chandra was very computer literate. Her last duties at BOP before her unexpected termination, and her disappearance, involved helping arrange media coverage of Timothy McVeigh's execution, originally scheduled for May 16 2001. Chandra had a government signon for Lexis-Nexis that she used at the BOP. There are extensive personal information research capabilities at Nexis, and she had access to those and other highly confidential services as well in working with criminal related research at the BOP...

Jim Hougan wrote of a wiretap that was discovered that ran from Capitol Hill to the Esso building, terminating not in the basement, where most lines terminate, but on the top floor behind a locked door to which the phone company didn’t even have access. The floor was leased to the Justice Department’s Bureau of Prisons, and the room was marked as a “restricted area”. Goldberg had a source that claimed Walter Sheridan was the ultimate recipient of this tap. In addition, Bernard Fensterwald appears in this story. When he heard that Goldberg was on the trail of the tap, he walked into Goldberg’s office and offered to help. Fensterwald convinced Goldberg to sign a statement that wasn’t true under the guise that this would help him. The situation became a nightmare for Goldberg. Fensterwald also played a role in protecting the tap.

The tap was brought to the attention of Senator Long’s Ad-Prac committee by Bernie Spindel, a famed wiretapper himself. Spindel claimed government agents were constantly working on the tap. Fensterwald then committed a “blunder”: he requested information on the cable from the telephone company. This had the effect of sending a warning to whoever was bugging the hill. Because such requests took several days to process, the buggers had plenty of time to remove the tap that was under investigation. Why would Fensterwald, a sophisticated lawyer who sat on a committee specifically involved with wiretapping issues, make such an obvious mistake?

Hired PR gun doomed Caroline, insiders say

Gov. Paterson's decision to go nuclear on Caroline Kennedy was a hatchet job run by a pricey out-of-state consultant who specializes in political scandals, disgruntled administration sources said.

Judy Smith, a Washington-based PR guru and former Bush White House deputy press secretary, orchestrated the ill-conceived character attack on Kennedy, sources said Sunday.

There was an internal agreement among Paterson staffers to refrain from attacking Kennedy.

Then came the leaks from inside the governor's office that Kennedy's supposed tax, nanny and marital problems had tanked her bid for Hillary Clinton's Senate seat - taking many staffers by surprise.

"There were radically different statements all coming out of the governor's camp at the exact same time," a Paterson adviser said.

The administration released a formal statement insisting no information gathered from candidates for Clinton's seat led to Kennedy's withdrawal.

Yet it was Paterson who signed off on Smith's plan to release dirt on Kennedy, the sources said.

Paterson loyalists are bemoaning his willingness to listen to a hired gun with little knowledge of New York politics, undercutting his own staff and projecting the image of an administration in chaos.

Paterson first brought Smith onboard last fall after his top aide, Charles O'Byrne, resigned in the wake of a tax scandal.

"It's crazy. This never would have happened when Charles was there," the adviser said. "In his absence, there's a power vacuum, and a bunch of people are all doing their own thing.

"This is really, really serious," the adviser continued. "Permanent damage has been done."

The adviser suggested a "racial component" was at work when Paterson decided to bring on Smith, the first African-American woman to hold the deputy press secretary position at the White House. She came at the recommendation of Lisa Davis, a celebrity/media attorney who is the governor's childhood friend.

"People like Lisa and Judy stirred the pot a little bit, and [Paterson] has always felt the Spitzer people didn't respect him, so when Charles blew up, the governor's old-time core people rallied around him and felt he needed a team that better reflected who he was," the source said.

Smith's client list has included Monica Lewinsky, the family of murdered Washington intern Chandra Levy, Louisiana Rep. William Jefferson, who is battling corruption charges, and scandal-scarred former D.C. Mayor Marion Barry.

Paterson has used campaign cash to pay Smith's firm, Impact Strategies, $64,367 since October, according to his Jan. 15 filing with the state Board of Elections.

The Kennedy fiasco has brought out the worst in the Paterson administration, revealing an executive chamber that is beset by infighting, lacking in leadership and in desperate need of a staffing shakeup.

"I don't know who's in charge there any longer," one Democratic state senator said.

"David's like a time bomb."

The lawmaker expressed hope that Paterson's recent appointment of Lawrence Schwartz, formerly the deputy county executive in Westchester, would bring some much-needed stability to the administration.

"He has a reputation as a bit of a control freak, but that's what the governor needs right now," the lawmaker said.

Still, Paterson's selection of Schwartz isn't sitting well with organized labor.

A top union source said Schwartz's effort to influence internal union dealings in Westchester left labor with the belief he's "not an honest broker." This could cause big problems at a time when Paterson needs labor allies as he pushes for massive budget cuts.
