Setting Myself Aside From The Rest & Setting The Record Straight

Let me first start off by saying if you are offended by this, or if you take this personal, than more than likely it was intended for you, anyone who knows me, i mean REALLY knows me, and has a mutual respect level knows this is not intended for them.
None of this is intended to be "Shit Talk" i am beyond that, i come baring the truth from my angle, you can take it as you want to take it, anymore, others opinions are nothing but that, their opinions, i say things straight from my mouth and my experiences, others simply go by hearsay or personal delusion or jealousy.
The objective of this blog is to do a basic Q&A about a lot of questions i have been posed with as well as a chance to express my side of the story on some rumors that have been circulating about myself, and about my camp. This is the last and only time i will address some of these issues, i have too much of a busy life to dwell on idiocy.
First thing i want too address (which will also be addressed on my new record) Is this ongoing spurt of "Satanic Rap" / "Satanism" in the underground scene. Let me first address this by stating my experience in the world of the occult in a list of experience and affiliation. In my 10+ Years of being involved in the Occult I have :

6. Performed / Conducted Lesser Magick Like "Power Sigils"
7. Performed / Conducted Left Hand Path Oriented Wedding & Union Rights (Including Blood Union Rituals devised in my own Chaos Magick System)
8. Performed Major Necromantik Rites Including A Astral Meeting Of Empathy With Azreal.
9. Performed Lesser Rights Rituals & Communication With The Obi (Voodoo).

All of that is in a nutshell, (a VERY confined one at that) of some of my occult experience.
This what i feel differs me from Any other in the Underground. Despite what people may say or think, my musick goes beyond "Shock Value" *Though it IS Evident that shock value is used at times for marketing and entertainment it is not my main goal or concentration. Still think im full of shit? Ill give you TWO (And TWO ONLY) examples of how the occult influences my musick,(If you LISTEN you will find MUCH MORE) i will break my code for the first time here and now and give a glimpse into some of the things i hide (purposely) in my records :

If you are familiar with the occult, you will understand that that particular phrase has a esoteric occult significance, depending on what realm of the occult you are or have been involved in, you can take it one of two ways :

2. A Reference to the planetary Spheres Discussed in the Necronomicon

If you are familiar with the Inner workings of Voodoo, you would know that crossroads have a HUGE occult significance "23 Copper Offerings To The Gods" Represents a Number Of "Obi".
I compile all doctrines by using the hebrew system of Gematria (this is how it is decided what track numbers are which, how many verses / bars a song has, Gematria is the science of taking words and giving them occult numerical value, this system has been used since ancient times, every number has a root occult reference and significance.
Now that you know there is MUCH MORE than what you see and hear at face value, i encourage you to study my albums "Premanitions" & "Chapter One : Doctrines Of The Damned" TRUE DECIPLES OF THE WATCH Will Study and EARN the knowledge i address in these (what i like to call) "Audio Grimoires".
Im one to believe the occult is SACRED, not just ANYONE should be able to be involved or be able to practice it, that is why i have HIDDEN this knowledge within my Audio Grimoires, the musick will choose its TRUE listener and the listener will LEARN from the Audio Grimoire rather than just "Listen To It Cause Its Cool" This is why i DO throw elements of "Shock" value and "Entertainment" in my musick.
Its NOT intended to reach out and just touch anyone, its intended for a practitioner of the occult. NOW dont get it twisted, if you DONT practice to the occult and you just happen to "like my musick" thats fine by me and i appreciate those that do, i appreciate ANYONE who takes out the time to listen to my musick (be it for occult value or simply entertainment). But understand, im putting together my own personal GRAND GRIMORE in audio form, there is MUCH MORE to it than what you typiclly think.
All of that is what differs me from your usual "Im the devil, hail satan, kill christians" rapper. 99% Of underground rappers that claim "Satanist" have no idea of what that even means. The Most experience ive encountered is someone who happened to buy or browse through Anton Szandor Laveys "Satanic Bible", which is a great work of art for the "Secular Humanist" but does not delve into anything beyond that. That is merely a stepping stone for the un-initiate into the world of "Occult" (which btw Occult Simply means HIDDEN, nothing more) Knowledge.
So before you go and think your a devil worshipping badass who does or has the right to speak on the occult, do your research and take your head out of your ass,
i established my first Audio Grimoire in 2005, and i am the first and only to do it, i hold that crown tight and embrace it as "My Great Occult Workings".

People in life always have something negative to say, but ive always lived by a old quote "Success is not only measured by those that love you, but by those that hate you as well" and its the truth. Ive heard it ALL in these 4 Years of Business, from
"SickTanicK Raped Me" (Litteraly) to "I Beat SickTanicK's Ass" to "SickTanicK Ripped Me Off" to "Razakel (my woman) Plans to Cheat On Me when Sicks Not Looking" to "SickTanicK Is Talking Shit about Sow & Sow" to "SickTanicK Is The Reason My Homie Got Hospitalized" to "SickTanicK Cast a Curse On certain Parties ruining thier carrers and lives" And thats just the TIP of the iceburg.
Now, when it comes to my occult works, that is for me and only me to know, ya never know, if your life DOES start falling apart and you have wronged me, maybe just maybe you have had the pleasure of recieving a gift from my occult workings, maybe not, no one will ever know but me. but as for the rest of the GARBAGE i mentioned above, it is exactly that, GARBAGE. I invite anyone to believe to the Contrary to PROVE thier case (which i have offered oppritunities before, but OF COURSE no one can ever come up with CONCRETE proof of ANYTHING because it is simply a work of idiocy and ignorance).
If i have wronged you PROVE IT. Shut me the fuck up and PROVE your case, (and im not just talking telling your story) im saying, if i "Ripped You Off" show paypal reciepts, transaction numbers, physical reciepts proving you didnt get my services. If i "Raped You" then get a D&A test to prove it, ive you got fucked up because of your OWN fuck ups PROVE that i was there, doing the beating. Saved or Screencapped Aim or Yahoo Conversations If "SickTanicK Is Talking Shit About Sow & Sow" Show mysapce messages, text messages, screencaps of me doing so.
But the reality of the matter is no one ever will, because there is no proof because i had no part in anything. More recently ive even had a ingrate of the lowest shit on my shoe say they "Plan to Litigate a case against me in a civil court of law" because i "Ripped Them Off" and yet, no litagators have contacted me, no summons of court has been issued, there is no case to be built, and be aware, if you do threaten litigation with me, you better have a rock solid case (which will be impossible, if you think im dumb enough not to have all my t's crossed and i's dotted at all time you have a HARSH awakening to persue), because if you waste MY TIME with bullshit, better believe, i will fire back in legal form with no mercy, and your life may indeed... start to fall apart quicker than you can comprehend.
Have i "Blacklisted" People? ABSOLUTELY. What is "SickTanicK's Blacklist" Its a mental list of people / artists i have that have tried to pull a quick one over on me or an affiliate financially, lied to me or and affiliate have proven themselves to be disloyal, people who have done bad business with close affiliates or previous bad business with me or a member of my camp, people who try and play both sides of "Ongoing Beefs" and try and pull the "He Said She Said" Card to influence and spark more or new drama, or people that generally just "Shit Talk". What does it mean to be on the Blacklist?
It means i will not work with you, i will not allow any of my label to work with you, i will not perform or allow my artists to perform with you, i will not sell you product on killmusick, i will advise my close affiliates of reasons not to work with you, i will advise various promoters of reasons not to book you and i will advise fellow artists of reasons they shouldnt work with you.
I have worked EXTREMELY HARD on a pretty much 10+ hour per day schedual for the last 4 years, and i do not tolerate peoples bullshit. That is why the Blacklist was created, the drama got old, the bullshit got old, so instead of becoming part of the problem i devised a solution. Fact is, hate us or love us, you cannot deny our hustle and our rise in the underground genre. Why should someone who commited some of these acts be allowed to do as they pleased? they shouldnt and they wont. If your not dedicated enough to do PROPER business or be a PROPER affiliate, then your not worth my time, and you shouldnt be able to cash in on OUR success and hard work if you have nothing to give in return.
The underground lacks Overall Unity, I believe i have created a new form of unity in the Underground by creating this black list, it shows that like minded professionals will no longer tolerate the stigma attributed to the undergrounds unprofessional additude and behaviors, and it instills a layer of trust and loyalty between affiliates. So if your on the blacklist, you fucked up pretty bad with me or with a affiliate, and you made no proper or professional effort to right your wrong doings. If you want forgiveness, look to jesus, not to me. Once your on the blacklist, there is no way out other than having 3 close affiliates vouch for you, even then, it depends on the degree of your offense.
If you work with a blacklisted artist, i will not work or affiliate with you, chose your affiliates wisely if you wish to do business with me. What needs to be understood is that i have cornered my own market of a loyal fanbase, and i intend to keep in that way, i will not allow people (once again) to cash in on the success we have worked so hard for without a common ground of respect met, if you associate with someone on the blacklist, you are no better to me than them, its like the old saying goes "Like Minded people Stick Together" If someone has wronged me and you get along with them, what does that say about YOU? Its Baptism by fire and assocation.
The ultimatum is simple, if you wish to work with us, sever your ties. If not, then be on your way. I find it funny how people call us a "Internet Label" and yet they get mad when we ask for money to render our services, i find it funny how people say were not doing anything and yet they still discuss us at length and let us run thier lives. Its always pleasureable to know i have made SUCH an effect on someones life that they must discuss me, slander my name, or talk shit. It goes to show peoples true colors and thier level of jealousy. As a artist and CEO i have the right to chose who i do business with, just as much as the next man out there hustlin, if im not "making moves" then why should i matter anyway? why should my name grace your lips? You dont see me dropping names in public, posting up hate pictures or videos. And you wont.
"Other Sites" Vs Killmusick.com
What started this rivalry? i dont know, it was around LONG BEFORE i became the owner of Killmusick.com, maybe it was business competition gone bad, maybe it was personal, i do not know, and if i did, it would not be my place to state so. All i know is im concerned with what Im doing, Kaptiol G passed me down the torch for Killmusick and im keeping it Alive. I will say, that i have recieved about 50 / 60 Complaints in my time of business about that "Other Sites" Customer service and shipping policies, and a lot of people chose to do business with Killmusick instead. I will also say that in my opinion Killmusick has a cleaner board with less "Hate", when people go to "The Other Site" they are automaticlly hazed, hated on, and made to feel like they are not welcomed. While at Killmusick its like a big family of underground supporters who state thier opinions in a respectful manner (for the most part) The "Other Sites" board concentrates more on "Underground Hip Hop" as opposed to the Wickedshit/Horrorcore genre in general like Killmusick Does. And you dont hafto wait FOR MONTHS to get your products from KM, nor is it IMPOSSIBLE to reach me for customer service or questions like the "Other Site". Killmusick helps put artists out and helps promote them unlike other sites that simply give room to discussion and hate. Even funnier, OTHER SITES have tried to cop using the term MUSICK (CK) when it was KillMUSICK to do it first, thier prices are UNBELIEVEABLEY HIGH with "Cafe Pressed' type merchandise (not even pro-press) and yet they try and come up like people should actually care, that more than anything ammuses me, people try and re-create a legacy that cannot be rebuilt, it must really be a horrible feeling to know you cant be original.

I never intended nor do i want EVERYONE to love myself, or my label. Our musick isnt MEANT for ONE target audience, its meant for ANYONE who wants to take out time and listen, do not judge us because of what you have heard, judge us from your personal experiences.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN :
I am fully ready for any litigation thrown my way, i have reciepts and paperwork for all transactions with him and all other customers, there was never a "exclusivity" or "full rights" contract drawn up nor signed for any of the beats that i made him, he indeed paid me to do work, but he got exactly what he paid for, and i can also prove that. none the less, over half the production he had me do as "custom" beats, are actually hijacked from mainstream beats and other underground artists, in which we also had a dissagreement about. This is why i dont do "Exclusive" Contracts, im very picky about my production, and who is ON my production, if anyone ever wants to fuck me over by not paying me or ends up on the black list, i own the rights to the musick i created, therefore it can be re-sold. Otherwise, if people do good business with me, ill do good business with them, ive sold MANY beats to MANY people, and have not had ONE complaint.
I can list every single song he wanted me to / had me do "CUSTOM" for him, im sure certain underground artists wouldnt be happy with that, and since dude thinks he's mr bigshot with his "koch" distro (which by the way from what i hear thats a crock of shit, because being the owner of Killmusick i have access to differant distributor databses and co distributor databases, which give me a list and wholesale prices for upcoming products) not ONCE in ANY of the databases was his album mentioned under kotch distro. so either hes completely lying about it, or its such a non linear release (in otherwords a minor release they could really not give a shit about). So there goes that.
You dont see me saying "Im gunna sue this person and do this in that" publicly. I dont wanna be looked at as no fuckin snitch. But hey, being snitches (none the less LYING about the circumstances around whats being "snitched" on) is some peoples fortays, but where i come from, if you snitch on someone, there is a big bunch of problems heading your way. ( and thats not a indirect threat either i dont make threats...)
Also, if dude is SERIOUS about litigation i will be filing a counter-suit for deffamation of charichter (please excuse the spelling)as well as for court and litigation costs, and for the $600 he owes me (tword the $7,000) Yeah, see! dude ripped me off for $600 and only NOW (in the face of supposed "litigation") am i making it public. Why? because A. Im not a fucking snitch B.because its a PRIVATE matter, and proffesionals keep private matters private.
I KNOW dude will read this, so know this, i gave you due process to give me the money you owed me that we had discussed for months in advance, we never signed a contract saying that you would get EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to your instrumentals, in fact, no contracts were EVER signed at ANY point, I put "Your" beats up for sale (and i say "your" on purpose because lawfully i produced them, therefore i own the intellectual rights since no contracts were signed) because you tried to do me dirty and rip me off, just like i sold your slot for SFTW (which IS covered, in full, in contract as you know). If you really think im THAT stupid to let someone like YOU get the best over ME, your living in fantasy. I welcome any litigation you may have for me, it just means more of YOUR money (that you inherited, you didnt even WORK work) in MY POCKETS. So im ready!
