Yeah, I've been doing a silent WTF? here reading that. (And BTW, great replies from you and Simulist.) And just fucking odd, from someone with five posts, and those five posts.

For grins, I was just reading through his first post ever...

Take a moment to read that post in, oh, say, Eddie Haskell's voice and you may find yourself asking if that might be another of Hugh's sock puppets...

Just sent him a warning.

His IP's Philadelphia, I think Hugh's San Jose. Not that that means anything. We may need to call Maury for paternity test.

I was kidding about Hugh. Sort of. Since his post count dwindled precipitously after the various debacles surrounding the "Gremlins" thread, I have a tendency to mindlessly attribute every sock-puppet with even vaguely similar interests (MinM?, etc.) as emanating from the manatee'e wrinkly flipper. There's just no way he'd give up that easily.

At least with regards to Socrates, we can generally follow the comments section in the dreamsend blog or DFQ2 and discover just how the latest troll attack here is being pumped with Corexit for dispersal amongst the faithful there. I'm sure you know about the latest doozie there regarding yoour personal affiliations with Lyndon LaRouche's camp, an attribution which again, puts me in the mind of Hugh.

Yes. If only I'd vetted my source better six years ago in the middle of the night, then DE could hurl a different accusation at me.

For all the trouble he's caused here, there is some satisfaction in watching him clutching at straws like that.

Willow says that she's heard Vindalf is Aquino, fyi. :angelwings:

Well, I'll try to take a stab at it, since now I looked over my welcome thread he pooped in... I'm not sure, maybe I'm way off, but was he trying to vaguely trying to say something about me having high profile or elite clients or something? Because when I interview clients, I tend to steer clear of the reptilian-like elites, they kinda gross me out...

I'm guessing mostly he was on his high moral soapbox

Don't you believe it girl. I don't think it had much to do with you. There are people out there who seem to have no interest here but to try to game and destroy the forum, and they seem to have plenty of time and energy to put into the task. Gos is almost certainly one of them, looking for a perceived chink of weakness in the administration that he can exploit for all it's worth against the health of the forum and the integrety of our friend, Jeff. Look at his posting record. He was a scammer, someone who watches the board from inside and out, and likely has a variety of sock puppets in play. Don't take it personally.

At least that's my take on it. Believe it or not, there are people around who just don't like Jeff, basically for his opinions. And this is how they roll.
