I'm not sure I agree. I think I felt something there, a slight tickle, some amusementary impulse. It has potential, let's just say. I'm willing to work on it, but maybe after...

CONTENT: I've always had a fontanelle for Michael Wincott in just about any film, but I especially like this scene, his wicked portrayal of Top Dollar in The Crow, wherein he and his lover-sister take power from the discombobulated eyeball of a murdered woman by smoking it with a huge coke pile in lieu of a sorbet.

I hope that's trigger warning enough for anybody.

Ohhh... I've been smitten with him since I was 14 & saw him as Guy of Gisborne in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (Kevin Costner of course stunk. Nice non-English accent, dude...) That voice of his makes me weak in the knees...

This scene was a bit of a tear jerker for me, especially the line about God leaving:

I'll take two scenes from this one, because if I had just one film on a desert island, this might be it.

^^ Servile limbs protruding from walls, the candle sconces remind me of the scene in this film flashing briefly @ 0.58, which apparently has been acted out (of course) to rather poor results according to some talking head in another film recently released I believe about a sex club in NY. Anyway... all that's from my rather spotty memory for pop culture. Sorry to bring the thread into.., well, it is Saturday night.

Edited for pressing the wrong buttons numerous times and thank goodness I wasn't in the labs as the result would be unspeakable. Sorry.
