Since the atom bomb is one of the main lynchpins of the 20th century deep state history...

massive blaze racing towards los alamos and home of the first built atomic bomb

1988 specifically is my favorite year, but 1989 was massive. Not just T Square in China, Exxon, Berlin wall, Panama City bombing, "formation of al Qaeda", etc.

well done ofcourse but I would say my view on this type of information is that it really calls for a mind-map - a concept I'm sure you're all familiar with but I show a basic structure / outline :

the wonderfully simple yet very powerful advantage of the technique is when you start drawing-in the connections - joining & linking-up the nodes.

the downside is you can end up with a visual plate of spaghetti

Yeah, Jack. Thanks for bumping it. Not sure how I missed it the first time — it's absolutely outstanding!

And two years later I'm finally getting around to it! I haven't actually officially launched this yet... some of the language may be changed, and as of now it only covers 1945 - 1949, but I'm posting a link to it in order to get some feedback on the 'beta demo' version from whoever feels so inclined:

Nice work Op Kos.

I could see making this into its own separate web project, a timeline and a wiki combined, the timeline overview as home page, the wiki supplying the drill down information, especially where Wikipedia fails to treat fairly many of the subjects. Perhaps it could also function as an RI wiki.

If you like the idea, I'd be glad to help out.

I'd love to collaborate with the two of you on an interactive concurrent timeline / chart project. It would be ambitious but something I've been dreaming of doing with Maktab al-Khidamat / al Qaeda for awhile now.

:yay This is great. I actually tried to do something similar once with the masses of info I'd accumulated on the mind control programs, but bogged down in it embarrassingly quickly and gave up. I really like the way you've organized your info and am looking forward to seeing the fruits of your collaboration with other RIers on it. Well done :thumbsup

Haha. I'm going to try to hold myself to adding a new decade or two of events every week for the next several weeks.

I was debating making it its own website, but I thought more people might see it this way. The comic already has a few hundred regular readers, and the whole point of the comic was to be a form of entertainment which spurred people to further factual inquiry, so it seemed like a natural fit. I suppose it would also be possible to have a stand-alone site and use the comic site as a mirror or vice versa. I used Wikipedia for the vast majority of the links because most articles provide enough solid references that the average person is likely to accept it as legit. Keep in mind that the average American has no idea of the long list of brutal crimes the CIA has admitted to and volunteered documentation for, never mind the stuff RI regulars know about. And yes, I know that the CIA is one of the main editors of Wikipedia, so I do appreciate the irony. That being the case, I'm certainly willing to go outside of it for topics not included in their limited hangout disclosures. If you have specific events in MK history, for example, that you think should be included, and that have decent documentation, I'm all for it. I'll be including things like The Finders, Boy's Town, and the various known program's of the 50's of course.

Have you checked out the History Commons Complete 9/11 Timeline? There's a sidebar on the left with SO MUCH information about al Qaeda and its various persons of interest, including my personal favorite Ali Mohamed.

Thanks! Like I said to PW, if you've got some specific events you think should be included, let me know!

Wait a second...no TWA 800 under Clinton? THAT was the incident that got me into 'conspiracy research' :)

I'm curious, but shouldn't the Office of Military Intelligence or Naval Intelligence also be listed or are there too little key names of interest in connection with listed historical events? Its already known by now that Oswald, for instance, was an intelligence asset of the government or am I not seeing the name on there? Or what about Tippit, who's own police unit had people specifically assigned in a special unit under military intelligence, or does this only count the Key Figures, where all those below are simply involved in some way. This would be better as a downloadable excel file to search through.
