Your head is like a yoyo,
your neck is like the string,
Your body's like a camembert
oozing from its skin.

Your fanny's like two sperm whales
floating down the Seine
Your voice is like a long
fuck
that's music to your brain.

I have hardly dreamt at all for very many years.

Apart from daydreaming, that is.

But funnily enough I did have a dream last week.

I dreamt I was stepping or dancing on the heads of crocodiles, as if on stepping stones, to cross a river.

I wasn't worried, for I knew I was far too careful, and far too well balanced for them to present any danger.

I just thought I would mention another fact about the dream I spoke of above.

Someone was with me, leading me on; a beautiful woman dressed in white.

She was a woman of powerful mind and diamond bodhi.

...

Don't worry though. It's ALL just an allegory on the banks of the Nile.

But I'm still sending this out to the one and only Emma Frost;

I think you must know I love The Police…
Well, now that you mention it, your love for The Police must’ve escaped all I thought  I knew about you.

I think the Sting philosophy you quoted earlier was obviously written for the masses- that’s how I took it anyway -and this vid some of which in French is meant as a nonpersonal love message although I think worthy of your sincere musings.

Bizet’s Habanera | Malcolm McLaren version

    ARIA LYRICS: HABANERA. (excerpt selected…)
    Love! Love! Love! Love!

    Love is a gypsy’s child,
    it has never, ever, known a law;
    love me not, then I love you;
if I love you, you’d best beware! …

The bird you thought you had caught
beat its wings and flew away …
    love stays away, you wait and wait;
when least expected, there it is!

All around you, swift, so swift,
it comes, it goes, and then returns …
you think you hold it fast, it flees
you think you’re free, it holds you fast.

    Love! Love! Love! Love!

    Love is a gypsy’s child,
    it has never, ever, known a law;
    love me not, then I love you;
if I love you, you’d best beware!

C’est la haute couture peut sembler familier. Non?

I loved that picture of Sun Ra with the atomic third eye and the spell casting fingers, AD.

Thanks for reminding me how much I loved Sun Ra!

I got a few here for all the sexy kung fu chicks out there, but especially SLaD;

And all that talk of depilation in a recent thread made me want to post this;

Oh oh! One last one. I do love pink, but I love PURPLE more! And we all know whose colour that is!

I'm a wheel, I'm a wheel
I can roll, I can feel
And you can't stop me turning

Cause I'm the sun, I'm the sun
I can move, I can run
But you'll never stop me burning

Come down with fire
Lift my spirit higher
Someone's screaming my name
Come and make me holy again

I'm the man on the silver mountain
I'm the man on the silver mountain

I'm the day, I'm the day
I can show you the way
And look, I'm right beside you

I'm the night, I'm the night
I'm the dark and the light
With eyes that see inside you

Come down with fire
Lift my spirit higher
Someone's screaming my name
Come and make me holy again

I'm the man on the silver mountain
I'm the man on the silver mountain

Come down with fire
And lift my spirit higher
Someone's screaming my name
Come and make me holy again

Well, I can help you, you know I can

I'm the man on the silver mountain
I'm the man on the silver mountain

Just look at me and listen
I'm the man, the man, give you my hand
I'm the man on the silver mountain

Come down with fire
And lift your spirit higher
I'm the man on the mountain
The man on the silver mountain
I'm the night, the light
The black and the white
The man on the silver mountain

I'm away for a few days, maybe time for a few more before I go!

Life must go on!

Sitting alone in the cold of the night
You're trying to find what you need to survive
You're so afraid
You can't go on

Left in the silence that tears at your heart
They only remind you how broken you are
You've lost your way
But hope is not gone

'Cause the sun always sets
The moon always falls
It feels like the end
Just pay no mind at all
Keep rolling
Rolling
Life must go on

Do you remember and long for the past?
When love was eternal
And joy seemed to last
Yesterday
Forever is gone

'Cause the sun always sets
The moon always falls
It feels like the end
Just pay no mind at all
Keep rolling
Rolling
Life must go on
It must go on

We have our misfortunes
The darkest of days
We must endure and keep strong
Just look to the morning
The promise awaits
And know that this life must go on

And the sun always sets
The moon always falls
It feels like the end
Just pay no mind at all
Keep rolling
Rolling
Life must go on

And the sun always sets
The moon always falls
It feels like the end
Just pay no mind at all
Keep rolling
Keep rolling
Life must go on
It must go on

Life must go on
Life must go on
When you're feeling alright
So you keep rolling on
Keep rolling on
With your heart you'll be safe
Life must go on
Life must go on
So you keep rolling on
Keep rolling on

We can do it with a little help from our friends. I have one or two.

The Mighty Rearranger can help!

You'll have to work out the lyrics to that one.

...

God knows exactly what the future holds.

I just have a funny feeling it may be full of love, light, laughter and FUN!

At any rate, I'm working on it.

Last one for now! I promise! Third time lucky!

Here is the question upon which I used to meditate;

About a month and a half ago, the answer came to me in a flash;

"In the worlds before Monkey, primal chaos reigned. Heaven sought order, but the phoenix can fly only when its feathers are grown. The four worlds formed again and yet again, as endless aeons wheeled and passed. Time and the pure essences of Heaven, the moisture of the Earth, the powers of the Sun and the Moon all worked upon a certain rock, old as creation. And it became magically fertile. That first egg was named "Thought". Tathagata Buddha, the Father Buddha, said, "With our thoughts, we make the World". Elemental forces caused the egg to hatch. From it then came a Stone Monkey. The nature of Monkey was IRREPRESIBLE!!!"

Ha ha!

THIS monkey loves to FIGHT!

I got a webcam now. I may become visible in the New Year!

Cya later kiddoes.

Love and kisses to the particle ian and the one eyed gal, and to everyone.

Diamond in Your Mind | Tom Waits
    — with Kronos Quartet

    LYRICS.
I shook the hand of the president and the pope in Rome
I've been to parties where I've had to be flown
They said everything was sacred, nothing was profane
And money was something that you throw off the back of trains

Oh always keep a diamond in your mind
You gotta always keep a diamond in your mind
    Wherever you may wander
    Wherever you may roam
You gotta always keep a diamond in your mind

Steam of the gravy with little fried pearls
Floating like a necklace on a beautiful girl
Jonah says thanks to the food and land
And there's something about God I just don't understand.

Oh always keep a diamond in your mind
Always keep a diamond in your mind
    Wherever you may wander
    Wherever you may roam
You gotta always keep a diamond in your mind

She's got the milk of human kindness and the fat of the lamb
Scared like a baby, well she drives like a man
She lives outside of Natchez where she operates a crane
She's like a wrecking ball no longer connected to the chain

Oh Zerelda Samuel said she almost never prayed
Said she lost her right arm, blown off in a Pinkerton raid
Then they lashed her to a windmill with old 3-fingered Dave
Now she's 102 drinking mint juleps in the shade

Everybody, always keep a diamond in your mind
You gotta always keep a diamond in your mind
    Wherever you may wander
    Wherever you may roam
Your gotta always keep a diamond in your mind

Always keep a diamond in your mind
Always keep a diamond in your mind
    Wherever you may wander
    Wherever you may roam
Your gotta always keep a diamond in your mind

Always keep a diamond in your mind
Always keep a diamond in your mind
    Wherever you may wander
    Wherever you may roam
Your gotta always keep a diamond in your mind
