I believe it's going to be a hot hot summer, in more ways than one, right up until the election.

Well, certainly if you have both the media stirring the pot and more incidents of good ol boys going on racial joy killing sprees. I'm surprised the Tulsa thing isn't bigger news,
to me it's even crazier than the Trayvon martin case.

I hope they are simply metaphorically speaking/venting frustration. Most white people I've known are more anti racist than non whites I've known.

I hope black people in the US can mobilize themselves into a genuine, grassroots political force, and unite with others fighting on the same side as they are, around the world. Because in a very real sense, it's one war, being fought globally by one side, and locally and discretely by the other. But it's going to take some hard work to clean up the mental and ideological garbage that has accumulated around black American issues over the past 40 years or so, and get rid of the predators who have hijacked and subverted the movement.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Attorneys for a Florida neighborhood watch volunteer who fatally shot an unarmed black teen have withdrawn as his counsel, saying they have lost contact with him.
Attorney Craig Sonner said Tuesday in a news conference they haven't heard from George Zimmerman since Sunday. They said that against their advice, Zimmerman contacted the special prosecutor who will decide if he should face charges.
Zimmerman is at the center of an investigation over the shooting of Trayvon Martin, 17. Zimmerman says he shot Martin in self-defense after following him in a gated community in Sanford on Feb. 26.
Martin, who was unarmed, was black. Zimmerman's father is white and his mother is Hispanic. The lack of an arrest has inspired nationwide protests and some claims of racial profiling, which Zimmerman's supporters deny.

The small town of Sanford, Florida is once again the host of a crime scene, and the latest mishap might be linked to the February killing of Trayvon Martin.
An unknown assailant fired six shots at an empty police patrol car in Sanford Monday morning, only a stone’s throw from the spot where Martin was shot and killed earlier this year.

The incident comes not just six weeks after neighborhood watch patrolman George Zimmerman admitted to shooting and killing Martin, a 17-year-old black teenager who was walking to his father’s residence.
"I'm not sure what their thought was. I don't know," Sanford Police spokesman Sgt. David Morgenstern tells the Associated Press as law enforcement investigates this week’s attack.

yeah, the comments are almost universally disgusting and pathetic over-generalization, knee-jerk halfwit responses. That's the majority of the US population, in a nut shell, always eager to jump on any train going by. I look at comments like that, increasingly NOT-anonymous, and I really have to wonder, what good can possibly come from this population? They don't seem to understand ANYTHING. America is rapidly becoming one big no-win situation.
