C2w and now iamwhoiam have taken to making one inane claim after another about supposedly "libelous" information I posted about one of the Sandy Hook characters. This is complete baloney and I would like both of you to knock it off. I posted nothing that hadn't already appeared in newpapers and newsites and to suggest that any of this is actionable in any way is ridiculous.

Here's the post with a link to p. 21 of the Sandy Hook thread where it's from, posted Sun Dec 23, 2012 at 9:06 am. Note that the picture of Rodia comes from an article published by the Westport News with a link showing that source clearly beneath it. I took the image tags off the picture which is from that publication, identified at the bottom of the page as a Hearst paper:

More weirdness. Remember gingerbread man, Chris Manfredonia? Who may or may not have been the man in camo pants and dark jacket led from the surrounding woods in handcuffs to a police cruiser, where he was seen and reported by witnesses on the 14th? From back on pg. 16:

Following the shooting, Police were "questioning a handcuffed suspect in connection with the Newtown school shooting," the Connecticut Post tweeted. A witness told Jany that a man "was led out of the woods by police in handcuffs."

I'm guessing this is the culprit, also published on the 14th:

Chris Manfredonia, whose 6-year-old daughter attends the school, was heading there Friday morning to help make gingerbread houses with first-graders when he heard popping sounds and smelled sulfur.

He ran around the school trying to reach his daughter and was briefly handcuffed by police. He later found his child, who had been locked in a small room with a teacher.

not Lauren Rousseau's Honda Civic, the one with the three bulletholes, but the one identified in press reports as "the car driven by Connecticut school shooter Adam Lanza" -- is registered to local criminal Christopher Rodia (not Manfredonia, but close), who was arrested last July for stealing copper from a construction project:

For the record, I don't give a shit what you say, Lupercal. Because you are bringing up points. Points to be considered and you are honest about them. I love C2w? and of course, Iamwhoiam. I get the animosity towards me sometimes, but I don't see where pillorying you gets anybody anywhere. You're just stating what you think.

After that you turned "Rodia (not Manfredonia, but close)" into "Rodia-Manfredonia" and insisted that this "person" (actually two unrelated persons) must be involved in some way in the murders or in a cover-up of the true story. Which is pretty close to libel if not outright so. Now you want to go back to your original nonsense post, the premises of which were very effectively exposed as fantasized, and make an OP out of it. Do you expect another dozen pages to go through this again?

As I said at the beginning of that: "Lanza (not lupercal, but close)." That's the level you're operating on here.
