I don't think Moore's comment qualifies as analysis at all; it is a pretty good description of the conduct of the LAPD and others in their handling of evidence, etc. IMO. Do you disagree that OJ was framed, or that he was guilty? The material presented, if valid, suggests that he might not be. I've mostly accepted the "O.J. was guilty" line, but I've also had reservations about it, because so many other things that "everybody knows" turn out to be not so clear cut, esp. when there are seemingly ironclad rules against bringing up any doubts.

I do think OJ was framed, I am not convinced of his guilt from what I've read to date (I was in the beginning, but I was just going by the media). Okay maybe it was just a comment from Moore, not analysis... Sorry.

All this stuff confirms the close links among politics, organized and not so organized crime, show biz, pro sports, "law enforcement," and organized religion. The diverse predators all have more in common with one another than with us, their prey. Peter Levenda's Sinister Forces trilogy is a good place to start.

SARASOTA -- Mote Marine Laboratory manatees Hugh and Buffett have made their pick for Super Bowl XLVII.

And the winner will be ... the Baltimore Ravens.

Both manatees selected the Ravens by swimming to special targets marked with team logos. Both swam to the Baltimore logo, ignoring the San Francisco 49ers logo, and Buffett nudged it twice.

Buffett has correctly picked the past five Super Bowl winners.

"They seem to have some 'sense' of how the game will turn out ... or maybe they're just fans of Baltimore," said Joe Gaspard, manatee care and training and research coordinator at Mote.
