eye know
you say love
when you mean control

so you live in shadows

As a shameless opportunist getting back into sample-based music production, this thread represents a vast goldmine of material and I cannot thank y'all enough for your diligence.

And hammer the attic floor with a bloody hammer
I never have the bloody hammer

Karl came back and he works and he smiles
But if you look closely there's still something scared in his eyes
Something affected him down in the desert

Did you hear about the midnight rambler
He'll leave his footprints up and down your hall

Since I was no bigger than a weavil they've been saying i
Was evil

may have posted this in previous years, but hey, it's the PERFECT song for this. 2nd link to see the song in context of the film.

ok... crank it!

Allegro! music help please! There's something musical I've wondered about, they do it in this song. At 2:30-2:33 the way they 'resolve' the progression, the chord seems to spread out with a touch of dissonance, is there some 'trick' that's called? Is it just adding a note (not a 7th but like that) or what? I kinda call it the 'mysterioso feel' but I wonder, if there's some real name for that deal.

Yes, Drew :)! What you’re hearing is a suspended chord, masterfully orchestrated, too. The suspension resolves into the V chord (that’s a Roman numeral, there), then, like a peacock fans its tail feathers, the orchestration fans the instrumentals with a subtle, ascending harp effect moving the listener back into the I chord (or tonic, original key), with the vocal entry.
