I'm pretty sure I read recently that the average wait for an allotment inside the London boroughs is 15+ years. Book now.

Possibly, but my experience of these waiting lists is that a determined potential grower can shrink this considerably. The reason they are often inflated is usually that the authorities are quite lax in their duty to evict tenants who are not using their allotment properly, if at all.
Sometimes, a lot of that list, is comprised of people who have moved on or changed their minds or circumstances

The advent of a new allotment officer in my town shrunk the waiting list down from 60 to less than 5 (for my site) in matter of six months. a personal trip down to an allotment site, and a chat with some tenants can reveal the real picture.

These folks are still going? Good on them. I feel I should give them my support (by at least watching) just for that.

Do you know how they got past that financial bottleneck a while back?

Apparently they raised another 100k from people who felt the whole thing worthwhile.

Does anyone know any different?

Some of the content is simply phenomenal to me.

Whilst we might argue about the woo factor, the political side of it, involving real issues such as economics and general social justice are beyond anything Ive heard anywhere.

Slad,

Is there anything in the above video you posted, David Icke Dot-Connector: EP 9, that you don't agree with?

yes there is ..there are things I disagree with and there are things I agree with....that doesn't make me an anti-semite or a holocaust denier

there's a lot of stuff posted here that I do not agree with ...but I don't go around pretending to be the mod patrol calling people vicious names or telling people to off themselves for posting said material

I will NOT let one or two people here decide what can or can not be posted here by slandering a member for posting something that is acceptable by the owed of RI and has not been banned from linking to....

I'm not looking to open old wounds.

I was just curious as you had not posted any comment with the videos and I don't think I recall you ever offering any specific critical analysis of Icke's ideas/theories.

Can you offer me one specific point Icke makes in that video with which you do not agree?

BPH,

I havent yet seen this particular episode. but having watched most of the series I would argue that Icke is closer to RI than a lot of what gets posted around here, especially by his detractors.

I mean some of the nonsense spoken about him verges on the fukn ridiculous by way of critique.

Had I offered my interpretations of the research Ive done over 25 years and not swallowed a dog or 2, then I simply wouldnt be human.

Ive been re-aroused to all of Ickes prognostication by my recent reading , listening and viewing from plenty of sources that are nothing to do with the "Icke bandwagon".

And I have to say it would scare the shit out of most people.

I think Icke certainly has the fact that we are ruled by psycopaths bang on the money.

Once you understand that, do you really need any more?

Since this is a TPV thread, its worth pointing out that as a follower of the station, I recently read something claiming Icke has resigned as a director.

Make of that what you will, but from what Ive seen of the station so far, for me it is almost RI personified.

sorry I prefer at this time to keep the discussion to what and what is not acceptable to be posted at RI and not my personal opinions on such

Welcome to RI's Scalar and HAARP discussion

there is one person here that continually tries to limit talk of stuff that was the foundation of RI's beginnings.... of Jeff's writings. I am in no way saying that David Icke fits that category but free expression does .....FREE EXPRESSION DOES ...free to not have another member here make false accusations against another member ....free to post without the worry that someone will tell them to kill themselves....

I will continue to lobby for any member here to post any thing they want that is not on the banned list here without being labeled ....viciously attacked ...this I believe is more important than my humble opinion about anything....and every fucking time I see that vicious attacking occur I will speak up

I shouldnt wonder that most of the attacks on Icke revolve essentially around his archontic leanings.

And the interesting thing is that the more you research the entire nature of our reality, the more I at least realise that this for me is the most ignorant area of criticism .

I mean, heres a relevant question....

Anyone here , for example actually fucking read the "dead sea" scrolls? ( interesting name)

Icke certainly has.

Someone who I consider a trusted friend, who knows David Icke very well, claims that when it comes to serious research into all subjects we look at here, then to quote her, "there is no-one who can hold a candle to him".

I guess the problem lies in the multifaceted nature of the research, and the resulting conclusions which may well be easily misinterpreted.

The trouble with all of that kind of criticism are the facts on the fucking ground as we speak.

What Im saying is that whoever is setting the agenda here arent truly human, by my own defintion at least.

oh and by the way BPH these are not old wounds I talk about....these are fresh wounds that were opened up yet again just yesterday by you know who

I would be very glad to drop this as soon as the tactic is halted
