The posts seem to be advancing for me, Dreams End. Everything's arranged chronologically on my board.

Is it still happening? Anyone else having the problem?

order

Postby Ferry Fey » Tue Jul 26, 2005 5:14 pm

After the two thumbtacked posts at the top, it goes to the 9:23 AM Rare Scrolls posting from this morning and then later postings are added. The latest posting is about 8-10 posts down from there at this point.

Posting time is given as an hour off my time, I'm not sure if it's been like that here before.

Re: order

Postby Rigorous Intuition » Tue Jul 26, 2005 5:47 pm

I can't see anything that would explain the ordering issue. I'll query ezboard support now about it.

on edit: seems, that looks like what I have. Chronological, right?

So why are some seeing different?

blaah. blaah on you, ezboard.

Edited by: Rigorous Intuition at: 7/26/05 3:53 pm

Order: Dysfunctional Chronology here too ...

Postby Starman » Tue Jul 26, 2005 7:31 pm

Just like Ferry Fay's -- the latest. most-current posts aren't showing up at the top of the page like they used to. Makes it ackward to keep-up on threads. Must be a selective ezboard thang. Don't know what if anything can be done about it. Too bad about not being told about maximum 20 pages -- I too kept wondering why the latest page-count seemed to be 'stuck' on 20 despite a buncha new topics.

I guess the new background colors are OK.

Keep up the good work, and Keep the Faith.
Cheers!
Starman

Order of posting

Postby Peachtree Pam » Wed Jul 27, 2005 4:58 am

Jeff,
Just made a post on topic from second page (Stockwell killing) and it is down near the bottom (on current page). Could be it has to do with moving a topic back from second page to current page?

I see your post, Pam, but for me it's at the top of this page.

Again, I'm sorry for ezboard - I don't know what's happened for some people. I'm still waiting for an answer.

I wonder if the ordering discrepency

Postby Rigorous Intuition » Wed Jul 27, 2005 5:59 am

is between registered and unregistered users. Not that that explains it.

Are there registered users who are having the same problem?

Jeff,
Sorry, I'm wrong about that. I've just seen Pam's 2:52 am comment on Stockwell which SHOULD HAVE moved the thread up, but didn't.
It seems completely random.

hopefully it'll be corrected now

Postby Rigorous Intuition » Wed Jul 27, 2005 10:10 am

Okay, I think - if what I've learned from ezboard is correct - the problem should correct itself for all henceforth as topics are updated.
