Just a bit of an idle observation. . .

I just watched the "presser" (I think it is still ongoing) with this Sean Spicer and I noticed how much he has been coached and/or as a copycat and his gesticulations were perfectly aping the way trump does it. He was combative for a bit and obviously appeared ridiculous. It made me ask, who the fuck coaches trump himself? But it was the thumb to the index finger all the way. Dare I say it, but "the media" didn't seem to be buying shit.

Spicer has their first names down it seems all of a sudden. Coached, at least to a degree and had to bone up overnight -- reason being he didn't know their names yesterday. Hey, CIA, do something.

They could still get him out of office.

That's quite a punchline. What are you hoping the CIA will do to him, concretely?

Nothing is meant by it as I am not a "fan". What I meant was and is widely reported/said that he pissed the CIA off. So again, it was an idle thought that if they're pissed at him then do something about him. That's all that was.

Trump DC hotel falls millions short of projected revenue in first months: President Trump’s Washington, D.C., hotel made at least $2 million less than projected in its first two months of operation, according to House Democrats citing documents obtained from the General Services Administration (GSA).

Democrats on the House Oversight and Transportation committees revealed the information in a letter sent Monday to GSA Administrator Timothy Horne, in which they asked how the agency planned to handle the alleged breach of the lease on the hotel housed in the Old Post Office, just east of the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue.

A provision in the lease, signed years before Trump began his presidential campaign, prevents any federal elected official from being included on or benefiting from the lease. The Democrats claim in their letter that Trump’s ascendance to the presidency on Friday is a breach of the lease.

The documents Democrats obtained from the GSA and released Monday show that Trump has a 76.7 percent stake in the hotel. I’ve got more here: http://bit.ly/2kaoq9s.

You recommended, "ironically" or not, that the CIA "do something" about this guy Spicer apparently having committed the terrible crime of being coached to speak to the press:

I've seen so much of this kind of thing, here and elsewhere. Getting Trump elected has been yet another act of system-legitimizing brilliance. Every liberal in the land is now hoping, "ironically" or not, that the CIA will indulge in some of that good old-fashioned domestic assassination and regime-change.

The Overton Window has shifted about five miles out to the right.

you need to stop repeating that lie..no matter how many times you post it it does not make it true...and it is really insulting

I don't know anyone that has ever said anything like that

Don't forget to lump in a shit load of conservatives who want him dead. Not everyone is pleased with Trump becoming our second ill-elected President. He's disturbing long established plans.

I never wanted Bushie or Trump dead...Would just love to see them stripped of their wealth and forced to live on 10,000 dollars a year in some Florida trailer park though...Can the CIA do that please?

Trump names his Inauguration Day a ‘National Day of Patriotic Devotion’

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/pos ... c-devotion

President Trump has officially declared the day of his inauguration a national day of patriotism.

Trump's inaugural address on Friday frequently referred to patriotism as the salve that would heal the country's divisions. “When you open your heart to patriotism, there is no room for prejudice,” Trump said from the steps of the Capitol after being sworn in as president.

Later that day, Trump's press secretary, Sean Spicer, said that naming a national day of patriotism was among the executive actions that Trump took in his first few hours as president.

On Monday, the paperwork was filed with the federal government declaring officially that Jan. 20, 2017 — the day of Trump's inauguration — would officially be known as the “National Day of Patriotic Devotion.”

“Now, therefore, I, Donald J. Trump, president of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim Jan. 20, 2017, as National Day of Patriotic Devotion, in order to strengthen our bonds to each other and to our country — and to renew the duties of government to the people,” the order says.

“Our Constitution is written on parchment, but it lives in the hearts of the American people,” the order continues. “There is no freedom where the people do not believe in it; no law where the people do not follow it; and no peace where the people do not pray for it.”

Government sources say the president’s big address at C.I.A. headquarters wasn’t nearly as well received as the White House says.

.

I've now quoted two people doing it here alone, "ironically" no doubt.

Meanwhile, Madonna (net worth: $600,000,000) got star billing at J20, where she announced that "The revolution starts here" (sic) and confessed to dreaming of blowing up the White House.

Madonna: 'Blowing up White House' taken out of context

A "revolution" led by the CIA and the warmongering Democratic Party with Madonna as spokeswoman is not a revolution I want any part of. The word has been bled of all meaning. It's a scam, it's astroturf, it's showbiz and Spectacle, and it's worse than a waste of time because it just means reaction and restoration. Why wasn't she booed offstage? If you really do want to overthrow Trump by means of armed revolution, then you need a revolutionary mass with common interests and shared aims, and you also need to choose your allies and spokespeople more carefully. Otherwise it's just toy politics.

I can just see Madonna chartering a private jet to the Finland Station.
