The second choice is to frame the conversation in such a way that the proposals submitted are not practicable.

The third, unacceptable, extremely distasteful, choice is to advocate solutions, possible or improbable, which are within the means and abilities of anyone reading the thread.

Many communities are now founding Land Banks and housing trusts and community loan funds reinvestment Friends founded this Community Loan Fund, this, the Albany Community Land Trust and this, the Albany County Land Bank, that's taken possession of hundreds of vacant tax-foreclosed, county owned, "zombie" properties and is rehabbing them for sale as affordable housing to low and moderate income families.
