Schank is the guy who was complaining in the 1990s (in an interview with John Brockman), decades after the fact, that Chomsky and the supposed Chomsky Gang in the Linguistics department had tried to kneecap his career prospects at MIT. I was agnostic about it until now, despite Schank's machine-defined reductive view of consciousness and humanity. But after that gem of self-incrimination, we can say without reservation:

At least eight jail officials knew Jeffrey Epstein was not to be left alone in cell

At least eight Bureau of Prisons staffers knew that strict instructions had been given not to leave multimillionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein alone in his cell, yet the order was apparently ignored in the 24 hours leading up to his death, according to people familiar with the matter.

The fact that so many prison officials were aware of the directive — not just low-level correctional officers, but supervisors and managers — has alarmed investigators assessing what so far appears to be a stunning failure to follow instructions, these people said. Like others, they spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss ongoing investigations. They declined to identify the eight.

Investigators suspect that at least some of these individuals also knew Epstein had been left alone in a cell before he died, and they are working to determine the extent of such knowledge, these people said, cautioning that the apparent disregard for the instruction does not necessarily mean there was criminal conduct. The explanation, they said, could be simpler and sadder — bureaucratic incompetence spanning multiple individuals and ranks within the organization.

The Bureau of Prisons declined to comment.

“It’s perplexing,” said Robert Hood, a former warden at the federal Supermax prison in Florence, Colo. “If people were given instructions that Epstein should not be left alone, I don’t understand how they were not followed.”

Hood, who also once served as the Bureau of Prisons’ chief of internal affairs, said it was disconcerting that officials might have thought they were putting Epstein on a less-intensive form of suicide watch.

“You’re either on suicide watch or you’re not. If you have any concern at all, you maintain the suicide watch,” he said.

[Jeffrey Epstein’s death ruled a suicide]

Epstein, 66, was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center during the early morning of Aug. 10. He had been held at the facility in Lower Manhattan for more than a month on sex trafficking charges that could have led to a prison sentence of as much as 45 years. He had pleaded not guilty, and the case was due to go to trial next year.

Epstein hanged himself using a bedsheet fastened to his bunk bed, according to a person familiar with the investigation. New York City’s medical examiner has ruled the death a suicide — a finding not accepted by Epstein’s lawyers, who said they are conducting their own investigation.

The death has prompted investigations and a leadership overhaul at the Bureau of Prisons, the federal agency that runs the jail. On Monday, Attorney General William P. Barr named Kathleen Hawk Sawyer its new director, having replaced the detention center’s warden days earlier.

[After Epstein’s death, attorney general replaces head of Bureau of Prisons]

The circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death are being investigated by the FBI and the Justice Department’s inspector general.

Speaking Wednesday at an unrelated event in Dallas, Barr said that the investigation is “well along,” adding, “I think I’ll soon be in a position to report to Congress and the public the results.”

Barr said there had been some delays in the investigation “because a number of the witnesses were not cooperative. A number of them required having union representatives and lawyers.”

He also said there were “serious irregularities at the center. At the same time I have seen nothing that undercuts the finding of the medical examiner that this was a suicide.”

The investigations already have found a troubling lack of follow-through by Bureau of Prisons personnel after a July 23 incident in which Epstein may have tried to kill himself, according to people familiar with them.

In that incident, guards rushed to Epstein’s cell when his cellmate at the time, Nicholas Tartaglione, began yelling, according to people familiar with the matter. Tartaglione told officers he had noticed Epstein with a bedsheet around his neck and appeared to be trying to kill himself, according to people familiar with the incident.

Epstein denied that, and told prison staff that he had been attacked — something Tartaglione denied.

Some MCC staff doubted Epstein’s claim that he was attacked, suspecting instead that he either faked a suicide attempt or intended to take his own life, people familiar with the matter said.

Epstein was placed on suicide watch, but officials lifted those measures six days later, on July 29. On that day, MCC officials returned Epstein to a special housing unit known as Nine South — where officers were directed to check on him in his cell every 30 minutes. The other explicit condition of his removal from suicide watch was that Epstein would not be left alone in a cell, these people said.

That instruction was spelled out widely within the chain of command, people familiar with the matter said, and one of the issues investigators are trying to understand better is how so many people could have known of the instruction and still failed to enforce it.

Upon his return to the special housing unit, Epstein was placed in a cell with a suspect other than Tartaglione, according to people familiar with the case. Authorities have not identified that individual, who was moved out of the cell Aug 9. By the next morning, Epstein was dead.

Investigators are examining exactly why that cellmate was relocated, people familiar with the matter said, and why detention center staff failed for several hours to make the required checks on Epstein every 30 minutes. He was found around 6:30 a.m. as breakfast was being delivered to inmates.

The head of the local union that represents MCC staffers did not respond to requests for comment. An FBI spokesman and a spokesman for the U.S. attorney in Manhattan declined to comment.

[Justice Dept. reassigns warden of jail where Epstein died, puts two staffers on leave]

The death of such a high-profile defendant has brought intense scrutiny to the Justice Department generally and the Bureau of Prisons specifically. Union officials have said such a suicide was inevitable, given long-term shortstaffing at the MCC and throughout the bureau, a situation that has led to employees working extensive overtime.

The two staffers assigned to check on Epstein the morning he died were both working overtime — one forced to do so by management, the other for his fourth or fifth consecutive day, the president of the local union has previously said.

Epstein’s death has sparked renewed criticism of the Justice Department from lawmakers and others who have accused officials of not taking the Epstein case seriously.

Epstein was arrested July 6 after landing at New Jersey’s Teterboro Airport. The sex trafficking charges filed in New York involved dozens of girls and alleged incidents spanning 2002 to 2005.

In 2008, he pleaded guilty in Florida to state charges based on similar conduct, as part of an agreement with federal prosecutors that has been widely criticized as too lenient. That deal allowed Epstein to avoid being accused of federal crimes, and he ultimately spent 13 months in jail with flexible work-release privileges.

Its terms were approved by Alex Acosta, who was then the U.S. attorney in Miami. Acosta served as President Trump’s labor secretary, though he resigned that post July 12 after Epstein’s arrest raised new scrutiny of Acosta’s handling of the previous case.

Meanwhile, the federal judge overseeing Epstein’s case has ordered a hearing next week before he dismisses the charges against the deceased financier. The decision is somewhat unusual, but U.S. District Court Judge Richard Berman said he would allow Epstein’s alleged victims to speak at the hearing, as well as prosecutors and Epstein’s lawyers.

In a court filing Wednesday, Berman said that since the defendant “died before any judgment has been entered against him, the public may still have an informational interest in the process by which the prosecutor seeks dismissal of an indictment.”

Justice Department officials have pledged they will continue investigating, and could still bring charges against anyone found to have conspired with Epstein.

Yeah, that is weird to see them treating it that way. Also, I am reminded of the 2005 runway crash at Teterboro of "a Lear Jet belonging to Wally Hilliard on thirty-nine weekly drug flights from Venezuela to Fort Lauderdale and Teterboro Airport".

Alex Constantine - The Lexington Comair Crash, Part 5: Teterboro Airport & the CIA

Teterboro Airport was used in the early 1990s by federal agents to fly mob boss John Gotti on a small chartered plane to a federal prison in Illinois. The airport was also linked in the 1980s to a Virginia firm that chartered private jets through a Teterboro-based carrier to fly CIA agents and U.S. military commando units on covert missions.

...

Concerned residents of Teterboro may also want to write their congressmen about the nature and extent of black operations launched at the airport, particularly those involving black-market guns-'n'-drugs:

To go back to CBS News, they had another piece tonight on tv. Looking into the very sinister mystery around his New Mexico ranch

As Grizzly above posted, some of the biggest scientific minds in the world, including Nobel prize winners, centered around Epstein. Breaking news right now is that large portions of MIT's scientific community is in disarray over the Epstein situation.

I know Alex Jones is beyond discredited, but maybe there is something to that whole conspiracy of top elite's interest in trans-humanism and eugenics. Why else is the news reporting that Epstein allegedly wanted to make his New Mexico ranch ground zero for elite eugenics/baby farm/transhumanism and was essentially "collecting" the biggest names in science and research, flying them on his private jets? Even....freaking Hawkings.
There is something SERIOUSLY sinister about that New Mexico "Zorro" ranch. The media is fixated on the St James island, but New Mexico. People used to laugh at Cathy O'brien, and I admit I used to think most of her stories sounded implausible. Now, I don't know. Why is one of Epstein's victims implicating Bill Richardson, and multiple victims are saying they were sex slaves to powerful men at the Zorro ranch?
And the feds HAVEN'T raided that place yet?

Not to sound like Icke/Jones, but goddamn something about the Zorro Ranch in NM is giving off super "Woo" creepy vibes. And not just that crop circle target hedging. Just the fact he wanted to have rape slaves pumping out babies of his genetic material and bringing the leading scientists there to create all sorts of eugenic shit at his New Mexico property is so nuts.

As focus turns to Jeffrey Epstein's ranch, official says: "There is a story to be told in New Mexico"
CBS News
New Mexico's commissioner of public lands said she's on a mission for justice as details emerge about Jeffrey Epstein's alleged sex abuse at his ranch in the state. In an exclusive interview, she revealed her office is fully cooperating with investigators and has turned over 400 pages of Epstein's property records to investigators – documents that may contain names of his alleged co-conspirators.

As investigators begin to interview women who said they were abused at Epstein's ranch, New Mexico Public Lands Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard told CBS News' Mola Lenghi she hopes taking this step will inspire more alleged victims to come forward because "there is a story to be told in New Mexico."

"To say that it was heart wrenching and sickening to see this man's signature on state land office documents is an understatement," Garcia Richard said.

Epstein's compound, called Zorro Ranch, partially rests on land he leased from Garcia Richard's office. As with his homes in New York, Palm Beach and the Virgin Islands, the convicted sex offender is alleged to have sexually abused young girls on the sprawling, nearly 10,000-acre property.

For Garcia Richard, it's difficult to imagine what may have been happening on the New Mexico property.

"They name folks that were ranch managers, and so you just kind of wonder who knew what when at the time that these activities were taking place," she said.

State property records newly obtained by CBS News show that in addition to a main house, Epstein's property has a pool, firehouse, offices, a log cabin and guest house among other amenities. Garcia Richard said the property also features an airstrip, an antique railroad car and train tracks.

Epstein didn't appear to have connections in New Mexico prior to purchasing Zorro Ranch. Asked what would draw him to the state, Garcia Richard said, "I think there's a perception that people won't ask questions … this case can really show the world that you can't get away with things in New Mexico."

Sources told CBS News that Epstein leaned on his political connections in New Mexico. Former Gov. Bill Richardson visited the Zorro Ranch at least once and is accused of sexual abuse there by at least one alleged Epstein victim. Richardson has denied any wrongdoing and declined our requests for an interview.

BREAKING NEWS: 20 MCC Correctional Officers Receive Grand Jury Subpoenas Demanding Testimony on the Death of Pedophile and Longtime Trump Friend Jeffrey Epstein
https://twitter.com/SethAbramson/status ... 4711547907

Epstein may have gamed the system from beyond the grave

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — The will that Jeffrey Epstein signed just two days before his jailhouse suicide puts more than $577 million in assets into a trust fund that could make it more difficult for his dozens of accusers to collect damages.

Estate lawyers and other experts say prying open the trust and dividing up the financier’s riches is not going to be easy and could take years.

“This is the last act of Epstein’s manipulation of the system, even in death,” said attorney Jennifer Freeman, who represents child sex abuse victims.

Epstein, 66, killed himself Aug. 10 in New York while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. The discovery of the will with its newly created 1953 Trust, named after the year of his birth, instantly raised suspicions he did it to hide money from the many women who say he sexually abused them when they were teenagers.

By putting his fortune in a trust, he shrouded from public view the identities of the beneficiaries, whether they be individuals, organizations or other entities. For the women trying to collect from his estate, the first order of business will be persuading a judge to pierce that veil and release the details.

From there, the women will have to follow the course they would have had to pursue even if Epstein had not created a trust: convince the judge that they are entitled to compensation as victims of sex crimes. The judge would have to decide how much they should get and whether to reduce the amounts given to Epstein’s named beneficiaries, who would also be given their say in court.

“Wealthy people typically attempt to hide assets in trusts or other legal schemes. I believe the court and his administrators will want to do right by Epstein’s victims, and if not, we will fight for the justice that is long overdue to them,” attorney Lisa Bloom, who represents several Epstein accusers, said in an email.

She said attorneys for the women will go after Epstein’s estate in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where the will was filed and where he owned two islands.

Bloom said it was “gross negligence” on the part of Epstein’s lawyers and jail personnel to allow him to sign a new will, given that he had apparently attempted suicide a short time before. Bloom called a will “a classic sign of impending suicide for a prisoner.”

The lawyers who handled the will have not returned calls for comment.

The assets listed in the 20-page document include more than $56 million in cash; properties in New York, Florida, Paris, New Mexico and the Virgin Islands; $18.5 million in vehicles, aircraft and boats; and art and collectibles that will have to be appraised.

Typically in any case, trust or not, there is a pecking order of entities that line up to get a share of an estate, said Stephen K. Urice, a law professor at the University of Miami. First in line would be the government — in Epstein’s case, several governments — which will collect any taxes owed on his properties and on his estate itself.

Next would be any other creditor to whom Epstein owed money, such as a bank or mortgage company.

Lawsuits against the estate by victims would come into play somewhere after that.

Epstein’s only known relative is a brother, Mark Epstein, who has not responded to requests for comment. It is unclear whether he was named a beneficiary.

One other possibility is that the U.S. government will seek civil forfeiture of Epstein’s properties or other assets on the grounds that they were used for criminal purposes. Government lawyers would have to produce strong evidence of that at a trial-like proceeding.

If they prevailed, they would be able to seize the properties, sell them and distribute the proceeds to victims.

“The fact that there is a will should not stop them,” said Cheryl Bader, a professor at the Fordham University School of Law.

Federal prosecutors declined to comment on the possibility of a forfeiture action.

1/ In 2003, financier Jeffrey Epstein was the subject of an exposé journalist Vicky Ward was writing for Vanity Fair that detailed allegations from how Epstein made his money to how he engaged in sexual misconduct.

The latter allegations were never published with her article.

2/ When Epstein learned of the article, he used his power to persuade Ward’s editor Graydon Carter to stop it from publishing, she says.

The two women who were speaking out against Epstein feared he would destroy their credibility, and “he did,” Ward says.

3/ Ward says Carter told her Epstein “was clearly very sensitive about the women.” In fact, Carter and Epstein struck a deal, exchanging photos to cut out the allegations of sexual misconduct, she says.

4/ This week, Carter defended his stance, saying Ward’s reporting was not credible. But she said “the women and their stories were in plain sight.”

5/5 Epstein was charged Monday with sex trafficking of minors and paying victims to recruit other underage girls and creating a network that allowed him to sexually abuse dozens of young victims.

I don't think there's any conspiracy, it's just rich people wanting to live forever and having the resources to pursue it. Most of it is just horseshit borne from delusions of grandeur, like Epstein's nonsense about seeding the human race or Kurzweil wanting to simulate his father, while the saner ones fund researchers like George Church and Aubrey de Gray.

Also, I have to disagree with life having an inherent dignity. That's just anthropocentric woo. There's no dignity in having your body slowly break down with age until you can barely walk and need a nurse to wipe your ass, or have your brain rot from dementia.

I have no idea if he offed himself or got offed, there's compelling arguments for both cases, but I am pretty sure he's dead. He was thoroughly and very publicly compromised. There wasn't really any point in keeping him around anymore, he had lost all value. All he could do was make things worse for his associates. It wouldn't make any sense to spirit him off somewhere and hide him, risking discovery and even more questions.

The Secrets of Epstein Island
Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
An aerial view of Little Saint James – Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.

Located in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Little Saint James is Jeffrey Epstein’s primary residence since its purchase in 1998. It did not take long before the island earned a disgusting reputation.

“It has been dubbed the “Island of Sin”. Little Saint James is also known to locals as “Pedophile Island” and “Orgy Island.” According to The Independent, “Epstein’s island developed a reputation for depravity, and it is alleged that teenage girls were made to take part in orgies on Little St. James.

According to attorneys for Epstein’s alleged victims, Little St. James is where many of the worst crimes against minors were committed by Epstein and friends who traveled there with him. Court documents allege that the then 17-year-old Virginia Roberts was forced by Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions – in London, New York and as part of an orgy on Little St. James.”

According to most researchers, Little St. James is the epicenter of the Epstein scandal. It is believed that a great number of rich and powerful people flew to this remote island to abuse an apparently endless supply of minors who were allegedly provided by a team of traffickers.

A closer look at the island reveals some strange details that are begging to be further investigated. Everything on the Island appears to be custom-built to cater to the occult elite’s extreme brand of depravity.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
A picture of the mysterious “temple” that was built of Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.

The fact that a “temple” was built on an island known for extreme depravity is disturbing. However, when one fully understands the mindset of the occult elite, it makes perfect sense. It is all about symbolism and ritual.

For instance, the “temple” has a striking resemblance with Hammam Yalbugha – a Mamluk-era public bath located in Syria.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
Hammam Yalbugha in Aleppo, Syria. It was built in 1491.

Why did Epstein model his “temple” on this specific building? Because of the symbolism attached to it. Indeed, the hammam is a classic example of architecture from the Mamluk era. In Arabic, the word “mamluk” literally means “property” and is used to designate slaves.

During the Mamluk era, children were captured by the ruling class to become slaves. Boys were usually trained to become soldiers while girls were groomed to become the personal concubines of their masters. Considering the fact that Epstein island was used to import child sex slaves for the elite, the symbolism is perfectly fitting.

In order to give the “temple” an unmistakeable occult dimension, the building was adorned with golden statues representing gods (Neptune) and owl-like birds. The building is also surrounded by maze-like patterns, similar to those found in Islamic architecture.

To get a better feel of Epstein island, I suggest you view this drone footage which provides great shots of some truly bizarre elements.

One detail that urgently needs investigating is the possible presence of underground tunnels.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
Drone footage reveals that the temple is located on a 60 feet-elevation. Right underneath it appears to be a tunnel entrance.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
Other drone footage reveals the existence of several entrances.

This is where theories get extremely dark. Some sources claim that an elaborate system of tunnels was built underneath the surface of the island – and this is where the most horrific child abuse takes place.

At the center of the island is a creepy sundial that is replete with bizarre details.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
The sundial is surrounded by benches. Who sits there and why? Are they part of some kind of ritual? A large flat rock was placed on the number XII.

The design of the solar face on the sundial is also extremely symbolic. It is near-replica of the head of the “Masonic Man” as depicted in classic Masonic documents.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite
A classic Masonic lithograph depicting the “Masonic Man”. The solar face is nearly identical to the sundial on Epstein Island.

A thorough investigation of Epstein Island would most likely lead to some extremely disturbing discoveries. However, as this recent drone footage reveals, the “temple” appears to be undergoing some “renovations” (various tools can be seen through the window) while the golden dome and other golden statues are gone. According to Qanon, Epstein has spent over $29 million to bury the underground tunnels underneath the island.

Jeffrey Epstein: The True Ugly Face of the Occult Elite

Is the elite desperately trying to cover its tracks while scapegoating Epstein? Mass media appears to be already whitewashing the truth. Some news sources are already putting out articles (such as this one) stating that the “temple” was actually Epstein’s gym.

In Conclusion
The Epstein case has the potential of blowing up in the face of the elite. According to “liberal” media, the case could link Donald Trump to Epstein and cause him great harm in the next elections. According to “conservative” media, the case could finally put to light the deep association between the Clintons and Jeffrey Epstein while revealing the shady child trafficking network that was fronted by the Clinton Foundation.

However, for truth seekers with no political agenda, this case is the occasion of exposing the evil, depraved and sadistic mindstate of the occult elite, which takes pleasure in stealing the innocence of children while flaunting its symbolism to the world. Will the dark secrets of Epstein Island and the occult elite be finally revealed to the world? Or will mass media filter and censor the information that will go against the interests of its elite owners?

A Dead Cat, A Lawyer's Call And A 5-Figure Donation: How Media Fell Short On Epstein
https://www.npr.org/2019/08/22/75339038 ... -on-epstei

David Folkenflik

Here's my story on how the media fell short on covering Epstein, with case studies on Vanity Fair, ABC & the NYT. It's a story of society ties, fears of legal threats, and working class victims.

I hope you'll give it a listen and a read.

In this story, Maria and Annie Farmer confirmed to me for the first time that they spoke of their experiences on the record to Vanity Fair. Their account was cut from the story.

You also hear the voice of Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who was interviewed 4+ years ago by ABC NEWS. The network tells NPR it will broadcast the fruits of its investigation in coming months.

Miami Herald's @juliekbrown deserves admiration for breaking the larger story wide open.

And Daily Beast's @kbriquelet has reported on this for years, along with colleagues at the high minded tabloid.

Yet much of press covered Epstein episodically and salaciously.

As both reporters told me, the Epstein scandal is fundamentally about power - its deployment and misuses as in #metoo, which changed how newsrooms handled accusers. Though not always.

Jeffrey Epstein served up tips for then NYT reporter Landon Thomas and charmed him into feeling they had something of a friendship. Epstein donated $30K at Thomas's request. His dinner party drew Stephanopoulos Couric & Rose. Epstein had confidence he could keep the press at bay.

Maria and Annie Farmer on being dropped from VF piece in 2003: "It was terribly painful. We hoped the story would put people on notice and they would be stopped from abusing other young girls and young women. That didn't happen. In the end, the story that ran erased our voices."

Virginia Roberts Giuffre on ABC sitting on her interview for four years: "I was defeated, once again, by the very people I spoke out against and once again, my voice was silenced. I could not believe that a formidable network like ABC had backed down and given in."

The magazine and the network cite journalistic standards and, in VF's case, legal concerns, for their decisions. All newsrooms must take such concerns seriously. And numerous editors note changes in the landscape wrought by #metoo on how credibility of allegations is assessed.

Taken together, these episodes may help explain how stories did not get more circulation and credence.

and now from The Sun

Jeffrey Epstein was MURDERED, claims victims’ lawyer after ‘receiving new information from prison source’
Emma Parry, Digital US Correspondent
A LAWYER for Jeffrey Epstein's victims says he has obtained new information that suggests the billionaire paedo did NOT commit suicide but was murdered.

Spencer Kuvin, who accurately predicted that shamed financier would not last until his trial, told Sun Online he had been contacted by an anonymous prison worker who claimed it was "highly unlikely" the perv killed himself.

The former pal of Prince Andrew's was found unresponsive in his jail cell while awaiting trial on child sex charges on August 10 at New York's Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC).

The 66-year-old reportedly had a sheet tied around his neck when he was found and the medical examiner later announced he had died by suicide.

The prison source told Kuvin "every square inch" of the cells where Epstein was kept were covered by CCTV so there should have been a comprehensive video account of exactly what happened to Epstein.

Kuvin said: "I received a call from a supervisor at the MCC, which is the jail that Mr Epstein was held.

"The first words out of his mouth to be honest were, 'Don't believe what you are hearing' in regards to Epstein's death.

"I had a lengthy conversation with him about the issue of security within MCC and he gave me a fairly detailed description of the interior of the jail, which led me to believe that he was credible.

"He told me how the SHU (special housing unit) where Mr Epstein was kept was basically designed to be a jail within the jail.

'DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU'RE HEARING'

"And then there was a separate, even more secure unit, inside the SHU where the highest value targets were kept.

"He said every square inch of that place is covered by cameras. It was designed that way because of super high value targets that are kept there such as terrorists, drug dealers and other extremely high value targets or suspects like Mr Epstein.

"If reports that there is no CCTV are true - it would mean that they'd either shut the cameras off or they were not functioning in some way. He says there's no way that they would not have been able to see what was going on."

Kuvin said he also found it "highly suspicious" that Epstein's cell mate was taken from his cell on the Friday - just a few hours before Epstein's death in the early hours of Saturday.

Epstein had been on suicide watch after he was found unconscious with injuries to his neck following a previous incident on July 24 - but was removed from it a few days before his death.

"What my source found very suspicious was that his cell mate was pulled the day before," he said.

"The purpose of a cell mate for someone who either who was on suicide watch or is on suicide watch is to notify guards if something is happening. So the fact that they pulled the cell mate is not only one level above negligent, it also appears intentional.

"Really he should have been on suicide watch. Not only was he not on suicide watch, they pulled the one person that could have notified guards if something untoward was about to occur.

"It was almost as though they did it so that no one could see what was going to happen the following day."

Epstein, who was facing 45 years in prison, apparently killed himself by hanging himself with a bed sheet, the New York Post reported.

'HE DIDN'T SEEM CAPABLE OF SUICIDE'

But Kuvin, who has met Epstein three times, says he can't imagine him having the "resolve" or "bravery" to commit such an act.

"I met the man on three separate occasions and he never seemed to me to be a remorseful individual," he said.

"He always seemed highly intelligent, arrogant, self-assured, confident. Never thought he did anything wrong, even in light of all the evidence against him, he basically just blamed the victims and had an incredible ego about himself and someone with that type of ego just never struck me as someone that could possibly commit suicide.

"I didn't think he was that brave to be perfectly honest. He always hid behind lawyers upon lawyers upon lawyers in his civil and criminal cases. I mean you can't even count the number of people he hired to protect him from any allegations, both civil and criminal.

"This type of an act requires a certain amount of resolve. And he just never struck me as someone that could do that."

WAS SOMEONE PAID TO KILL EPSTEIN?

Kuvin who told Sun Online just days before his death he felt like the billionaire's life was in jeopardy because his powerful pals "didn't want their secrets out" believes the most likely scenario was that someone in the prison was paid to carry out a hit on Epstein.

"I think the most likely scenario if it's not as suicide, is that somebody on the inside of the prison was paid essentially to make it look like a suicide," he said.

"And the guards were paid to disappear and not be there. And his cell mate was taken away on Friday, so there'd be no witness.

"So someone went in there in the early morning hours, tied him around the neck with a bed sheet, tied the bed sheet to the bed and pushed him down effectively and held him down until he choked to death.

"For something like this, you would expect to see some type of bruising or whatever around his shoulders if he's being held down against his will.

Who was Jeffrey Epstein and what was he accused of?
Jeffrey Epstein was a US financier who was convicted of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution in 2008.He was arrested on July 6, 2019 for sex trafficking minors in Florida and New York.Epstein was arrested on July 6, 2019 on sex trafficking charges.Court documents allege that at least 40 underage girls were brought to Epstein’s mansion for sexual encounters. He was arrested at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.FBI agents are also said to have broken down the door to his Manhattan townhouse. He pleaded not guilty to child sex trafficking charges in New York and could face 45 years in prison if found guilty. On July 18, a federal judge said that the disgraced financier presented a "danger to the community" and must stay in one of New York's toughest prisons while he awaits a trial over the sex trafficking accusations. The shamed financier was locked up amid fears he would flee the country.Epstein is understood to have killed himself last week just 12 days after being removed from suicide watch.
Epstein's Manhattan townhouse was raided by officers after his arrest

"So that would be the most likely scenario to make it appear as though he had done the act himself.

"With the fracture of the bone in his neck it suggests a high amount of force pushing down on him.

"I think the most likely scenario if it is not suicide - as I've said before - is that there were too many people that were afraid that he would talk about what he may have done with them and others.

"They just paid off someone to go into the jail and take care of him."

Kuvin, who represents three of Epstein's victims, says his victims now want to see a full investigation into what happened in the prison as well as to see some of his co-conspirators - many of whom have been named in various court documents - arrested.

And he said Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's one-time girlfriend who has been repeatedly accused in court papers of grooming young girls, should be very worried about the possibility of arrest.

"I think she should be highly concerned.

"So with the Attorney General saying that he's not closing the investigation and he's going to be pursuing all Mr Epstein's co-conspirators I can tell you that my clients are hopeful that Ms. Maxwell is one of the ones that's arrested following all of this.

"The victims are frustrated that he was allowed to do this or they allowed this to happen to him but at the same time they're satisfied that he's gone for good and not a threat to him or any other potential women that are out there.

"We want to see a full investigation and to hold all co-conspirators accountable for what happened."

Maxwell has always denied any wrongdoing.

Mazars and Deutsche Bank could have ended this nightmare before it started.
They could still get him out of office.
But instead, they want mass death.
Don’t forget that.
