https://www.pressherald.com/2021/03/03/ ... b-records/Maine Lawyer goes to court for access to Maine crime lab records
York County attorney Amy Fairfield says the public should have more information on how the state police crime lab operates, including employee disciplinary records and its analysis of evidence.
Amy Fairfield said she’s seeking in-depth records on the operations of the Maine State Police Crime Laboratory because scientific evidence, particularly DNA analysis, has become a critical and sometimes deciding part of criminal court cases. She said Mainers should have more information on how the state’s sole criminal laboratory analyzes evidence.
In a filing in York County Superior Court, Fairfield said records she’s seeking include information on employee disciplinary action over lab procedures. She said the state has withheld information about a technician who quit while the state was pursuing disciplinary action.
Fairfield filed a Freedom of Access Act request to get the technician’s personnel file to see if it pertains to evidence in her client’s cases, and eventually received the file under a gag order after the state fought to refuse her access. She noted in her filings that a 1972 U.S. Supreme Court ruling requires states to turn over information that might call into question the analysis of scientific evidence, just as they are required to provide evidence that might clear a defendant who is on trial.
Fairfield said crime labs around the country are coming under closer scrutiny, particularly in the wake of the FBI’s disclosure in 2015 that nearly every examiner in a key forensic unit gave flawed testimony about analysis of hair evidence in most of the trials in which they appeared during a two-decade period before 2000.
Those cases included 32 in which defendants were sentenced to death, 14 of whom were either executed or died in prison.

A lawyer for an accused bombmaker charged in the Gov. Gretchen Whitmer kidnapping case raised questions Sunday about whether the FBI is trying to sabotage defense teams ahead of a landmark trial.
A filing by the attorney for Delaware resident Barry Croft revealed the existence of a recording Sunday in which the lead investigator, FBI Special Agent Henrik Impola, discussed creating "disarray and chaos" for defense lawyers, whom he labeled "paid liars."

Boosters: Creating scarcity by having Tedros beg the rich countries not to start boosters while the poor countries still lack first jabs
https://www.nytimes.com/live/2021/07/12 ... ne-fda-cdcThe NYT even has an online video of "seriously disappointed" Tedros.
But there's more! This weekend was all about England vs. Italy. But today, it's all about Pfizer vs. Regulators. Their battle was carried out online, and the NY Times provides the post-game analysis.
Israel even got into the act, starting third doses on the immunocompromised today...no doubt timed by Albert Bourla as another act for today's 3 ring circus performance. The Pfizer meeting involved, according to the Times, "virtually every top doctor in the federal government."
The take-home message, just in case you missed it, is that the careful, scientific US government regulators really care about this decision, and they will protect you from big bad Pharma. They won't start those boosters till you REALLY need them.
Ignore those CDC briefers behind the curtain, who asked their advisory committee members on June 23 to approve boosters without any data showing they were needed.
Representatives of Pfizer met privately with senior U.S. scientists and regulators on Monday to press their case for swift authorization of coronavirus booster vaccines, amid growing public confusion about whether they will be needed and pushback from federal health officials who say the extra doses are not necessary now.
The high-level online meeting, which lasted an hour and involved Pfizer’s chief scientific officer briefing virtually every top doctor in the federal government, came on the same day Israel started administering third doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to heart transplant patients and others with compromised immune systems. Officials said after the meeting that more data — and possibly several more months — would be needed before regulators could determine whether booster shots were necessary...
https://anthraxvaccine.blogspot.com/202 ... -been.htmlBecause no animal reservoir has been found for SARS-CoV-2, it cannot properly be termed a zoonosis.* Should we call it a labnosis? And what does that mean?
After a year and a half of seeking but not finding SARS-2 in any wildlife anywhere (apart from domesticated or zoo animals that appear to have caught it from humans) is it time to say, yes, it didn't just escape from a lab. It was created, built, assembled in a lab. Or many labs
Coronavirus scientists have been constructing new viruses out of bits and pieces of other viruses for a long time.
Why did they do it?
One answer is that it was relatively easy to do. Easier than for many other viruses. Scientists like to tinker.
Okay, but after the SARS-1 outbreak in 2002-3, and a series of SARS-1 lab leaks over the ensuing several years in China, Taiwan and Singapore, which killed a few people, especially lab workers, didn't scientists know it was dangerous to do this?
SARS viruses were designated by the US government as "Select Agents," meaning they had the potential to cause a deadly pandemic and/or severe economic damage to crops or livestock. Scientists had to handle them in special ways, and get permission to transfer or share them with other labs. Scientists working on SARS coronaviruses had to have been aware of the risks in what they were working on.
I previously cited a statistic from STAT. The statistic is that Fauci's NIAID has been funding coronavirus research for over twenty years, and at a price of up to $51 million per year, pre-Covid. Until 2002, everyone thought that all coronaviruses did to humans was cause colds: 10-30% of all colds. NIAID doesn't spend money on colds.
Coronaviruses do cause animal diseases. But still, animal diseases are not in NIAID's bailiwick. USDA funds research on them.
Some coronavirus research made sense, such as the 2005 CDC study that showed chloroquine killed SARS-1 at achievable human doses, in the test tube. Or the 2014 NIAID study that showed chloroquine killed MERS.
But no new drugs or vaccines came out of the hundreds of millions of dollars in coronavirus research sponsored by NIAID. And when Covid hit, Fauci and his NIAID hid information on the drugs they had found to be effective against coronaviruses in the lab.
So, what were Fauci and NIAID actually doing with all the coronavirus research? What were they looking for?
It seems they were remarkably successful in creating new chimeric, pathogenic coronaviruses. But they buried the research on effective treatments.
Americans need to ask, what in heaven's name were Fauci and his masters trying to accomplish? Who are his masters? And what other deadly viruses have they created, with or without their friends in Wuhan?
We need to know what they heck they were doing. What did these programs create? Why did these programs exist?
We need to know now, before the fear of the variants wears off, and the next dangerous bug might appear.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl ... 596944.pdfOther than circumstantial evidence of zoonotic cases in mink farms in the Netherlands, no cases of natural transmission from wild or domesticated animals have been confirmed. More than 40 million human COVID-19 infections reported appear to be exclusively through human-human transmission. SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 do not meet the WHO definition of zoonoses. We suggest SARS-CoV-2 should be re-classified as an EID of probable animal origin.

Doctor in Lytton, British Columbia goes public over severe Covid vaccine injuries in April. In June the doctor's entire town burns to the ground.
It's probably a coincidence. Like all those California fires. It got extremely hot, like the Sahara Desert, in British Columbia. And then there was a wildfire.
There seems to be nothing left of Lytton, B.C., where Dr. Charles Hoffe worked as a family practitioner for the past 28 years. He began speaking out when his patients suffered severe consequences after their Covid vaccinations.
Dr. Hoffe's story.
