Pants Elk see many things. Pants Elk see Happy Meal half eaten in Poughkeepsie. Pants Elk see ballpoint lost, can of soda lose fizz, mower unreturned to neighbor, all in Buffalo area. Pants Elk see taxi arrive at wrong address, get bawled out by depot (maybe Great Neck). Rain will fall, barbecue will not light: these are signs. Pants Elk move to Oregon, where "nothing special" foreseen.
