Trump Camp And NV GOP Ordered To Appear In Court In Voter Intimidation Lawsuit
The Nevada Democratic Party's lawsuit was filed along with lawsuits from three other Democratic state parties against their GOP counterparts and the Trump campaign in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Arizona. They allege that the Trump campaign and the state Republican parties have violated the Voting Rights Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act, with an approach to elections monitoring that Democrats described as "vigilante voter intimidation." Roger Stone, the longtime GOP operative and former Trump adviser, was also named in the complaints, as was the group he is affiliated with, Stop the Steal, for its poll watcher recruitment efforts.

PRO-TRUMP WHITE NATIONALISTS PLAN MASS VOTER-SUPPRESSION EFFORT
A legion of Donald Trump’s most deplorable fans are readying a series of voter-intimidation and poll-watching tactics.
For months, Donald Trump has stoked fears that Hillary Clinton and her co-conspirators—The New York Times, Paul Ryan, Mexican billionaires, and more—will steal the election. While some political commentators have speculated that Trump’s paranoia-soaked nightmare may ultimately discourage his own supporters from voting—what’s the point if you’re outnumbered by an army of dead Democrats?—Trump’s most ardent fans appear to have been galvanized by his claims that the media, the polls, and the U.S. electoral system are all “rigged.” In response to the G.O.P. nominee’s unsubstantiated fearmongering, a slew of fringe-right, white-nationalist groups reportedly intend to deploy thousands of people to engage in ballot-box intimidation and voter suppression
Politico reports that a motley crew of alt-right and militia groups, Ku Klux Klan members, and Neo-Nazis are all planning to come out in droves on November 8 to suppress the minority vote and “monitor” the democratic process. “The possibility of violence on or around Election Day is very real,” Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center told Politico. “Donald Trump has been telling his supporters for weeks and weeks and weeks now that they are about to have the election stolen from them by evil forces on behalf of the elites.” Politico reports that the list of organizations plotting Election Day efforts includes—but is not limited to—the American Freedom Party, a white-nationalist group; various factions of the K.K.K.; the National Socialist Movement; and the vigilante militia group, the Oath Keepers.
“We are organizing poll watchers in urban areas to cut down on the most traditional type of voter fraud. We also will have stationary cameras hidden at polling locations in Philadelphia, to monitor anyone that comes in to vote and make sure that the same people are not voting at multiple locations. If we see people voting in multiple locations the footage will be submitted to the FEC as well as put out on social media to undermine the legitimacy of Clinton should she steal the election,” an anonymous representative of alt-right Web site, TheRightStuff.biz, told Politico in an e-mail, adding that some people will also be “going in to the ghettos in Philly with 40s and weed to give out to the local residents” in order to depress minority voter turnout.
Andrew Anglin, the editor of the neo-Nazi Web site Daily Stormer, who is working in conjunction with TheRightStuff.biz on Election Day efforts, told Politico in an e-mail that he is sending “an army of alt-right nationalists to watch the polls.” Similarly, former K.K.K. grand wizard David Duke, a Trump supporter and Louisiana Senate hopeful, said that he is mobilizing his supporters to monitor polling locations with a focus on “some of the more inner-city areas,” but added to Politico that the his and his supporters efforts won’t be confined to black neighborhoods, because, “It’s good to watch everywhere because there always can be major mistakes.” Under the guidance of Thomas Robb, the national director of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, the K.K.K. will also launch efforts on a national level to get Trump voters to the polls.
The Oath Keepers, a militia group primarily consisting of former members of the military and law enforcement that rose to prominence during the Ferguson riots, will also be deploying poll-watchers on Election Day. The group issued a statement last month encouraging its members “to form up incognito intelligence-gathering and crime spotting teams and go out into public on Election Day, dressed to blend in with the public,” Politico reports.
Fringe groups aren’t the only ones heeding Trump’s call to “go around and watch other polling places.” Longtime Trump ally Roger Stone is planning to launch a widespread exit-polling operation to reportedly ensure that the results of the election are accurate. Stone, who has come under scrutiny this election, is targeting 7,000 precincts, most of which are located in Philadelphia, with others in Ohio. Hedge-fund manager Robert Mercer, one of Trump’s biggest donors, is also backing major poll-watching efforts. In September, the billionaire reportedly gave the Republican National Lawyers Association $500,000 to empower 1,000 lawyers to monitor and potentially challenge poll results across the country.
Democrats have rushed to counter what they characterize as Republican efforts to intimidate minority voters. Over the past week, Democratic officials have filed lawsuits against the Trump campaign in Ohio, Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. The Washington Post reports that the suit filed in Ohio specifically names Stone as an agitator and calls on “a federal judge to stop the Trump campaign, state party officials and a group associated with Trump supporter Roger Stone from sending people not officially appointed as poll watchers to voting locations.” The Ohio state Republican Party dismissed the lawsuit as “a publicity stunt” and added, “in no way would we ever be involved in the intimidation of voters.” Stone asserted that his operation is “not coordinating with the Trump campaign, the Republican National Committee or the individual Republican state committees” and only seeks to “determine if the election is honestly and fairly conducted and to provide an evidentiary basis for a challenge to the election if that is not the case.”

A real-time demo of the most devastating election theft mechanism yet found, with context and explanation. Demonstration uses a real voting system and real vote databases and takes place in seconds across multiple jurisdictions.
Over 5000 subcontractors and middlemen have the access to perform this for any or all clients. It can give contract signing authority to whoever the user chooses. All political power can be converted to the hands of a few anonymous subcontractors.
“It’s a product. It’s scaleable. It learns its environment and can adjust to any political environment, any demographic. It runs silently, invisibly, and can produce plausible results that really pass for the real thing.”
Provides solutions and actions for immediate deterrence.

North Carolina Is Engaging in “Insane” Jim Crow–Style Voter Suppression, Says Federal Judge
By Mark Joseph Stern
Voters cast their ballots in North Carolina.
U.S. District Judge Loretta Biggs slammed an ongoing North Carolinian voter purge during a dramatic Wednesday hearing, telling county attorneys that she was “horrified” by the “insane” process by which voters could be removed from the rolls without their knowledge. “It almost looks like a cattle call, the way people are being purged,” Biggs said. “This sounds like something that was put together in 1901,” when the state used Jim Crow laws to prevent black citizens from casting a ballot.
Biggs called a hearing after the NAACP sued several North Carolina counties for purging nearly 6,700 voters—most of them black Democrats—from the rolls. These purges were legal under a state law that permits any person to revoke any other person’s voting rights. The process is simple: An individual gathers mail that was returned as undeliverable, then challenges the voter registration of residents at those addresses. If those voters do not appear at a county board of elections or return a notarized form, their voting rights are nullified.
In several North Carolina counties, Republican activists have used this process to revoke thousands of people’s voting rights at once, a majority of them minorities. But as the Justice Department noted in supporting the NAACP’s lawsuit, this process is illegal under federal law, which trumps state law when the two clash. Biggs indicated that she would halt the purges and restore purged voters’ rights under federal law but did not issue a ruling from the bench. Her decision is likely to come within the next few days.
In recent weeks, the North Carolina voter purges have drawn nationwide outcry as the most explicit example of Republicans suppressing minority voting rights. Even President Barack Obama mentioned the purges while campaigning in the state on Wednesday. Obama told the story of 100-year-old Grace Bell Hardison, a black woman whom Republican activists attempted to purge from the voter rolls. “If you don’t vote,” he told supporters, “then you’ve done the work of those who would suppress your vote without them even having to lift a finger.”

From the evidence presented the only conclusion available to me is that Trump, the Clinton Movement and MSM have together created this siege mentality out of whole cloth, precisely to widen the schisms and tribal allegiances we see here and reflected across America, the UK and Europe. Be afraid, your neighbour is a suspect, (s)he's you.

Btia, what is the provenance of that vid? How do I know if it's actually from this election and that ballots are being stuffed for Democrats?

I have seen this posted around the internet but I cannot verify if the video actually was shot in the places indicated. It does appear to be people stuffing ballot boxes but the when and where I am not sure of. I have not seen it grabbing any traction such as people being arrested for it. It is actually comical the way they go about stuffing the boxes.

No, you did not "cover that here". The very first comments under that stupid video (by "TeaPartyer") already outed it as a fraud. (And just look at the flag, ffs.) You don't take even the most minimal care with this stuff, you seem (or act) incapable of checking anything for yourself, you just fling it onto this board and expect other people to mop up your mess.backtoiam » Thu Nov 03, 2016 4:15 pm wrote:mentalgongfu2 » Thu Nov 03, 2016 4:09 pm wrote:Btia, what is the provenance of that vid? You've posted this crap in two separate threads now, and you're still equivocating. Still wasting everyone's time. Still posting disinfo. As if there weren't already more than enough **real** evidence that the US "election" process is shockingly corrupt. You discredit that real evidence by associating it with the conconctions of "TeaPartyer".
Back to youare: How come you still get away with this, over and over and over again?

I typed "democrat ballot stuffing video" into google and looked at the top results. I pride myself on being able to hone my searches to get good results and weed out the chaff, but it was hardly the work of a master haxxor to track that down.
When the only hits are snopes and shady partisan "news" sites, the conclusion is obvious.

Seriously. Posting obvious fabrications and pretending he didn't realize it and then reposting it and saying it's just asking a question is this guy's MO and he should get a warning and then banned if he continues. Bullshit opinions are one thing, conscious lies another.
