Weird weird weird weird UFO documentary

I was going to put this in the video thread, but it's weird enough for it's own post. I would love it if any of you could tell me what in the world this documentary is and where it comes from: <a href="http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=4816043744383581832">video.google.com/videopla...4383581832</a> My guess would be that it's some kind of wacko neo-Nazi propaganda. It has this strangely hypnotic effect... I recall watching it once and rolling my eyes and then thinking about it, dreaming about it, etc. and feeling compelled to watch it again. I think it's a combination of the weird music, eerie symbolism, and the sheer almost Lovecrafian *oddity* of the thing. Anyone know who made this gem of weirdness?
