Mark David Chapman/Kenneth Anger Connection
According to Dave McGowan and I think RU Sirius (in his new book Everybody Must Get Stoned), John Lennon's killer Mark David Chapman met Kenneth Anger in Hawaii shortly before the murder and gave him a gift of live bullets.
WTF? I thought Chapman was a born-again Christian? What would he be doing visiting a Thelemite in Hawaii?
Can anyone confirm this story? I've only seen two sources for this.

Peter Levenda . . .
Had a whole chapter devoted to Chapman. Apparently, he had some serious issues as a child in terms of living in more than one, uh, to be expedient, reality. Apparently, he had a vivid fantasy life with lots of imaginary friends through his adolescence, if I recall correctly.
Levenda alleges that Chapman fell in to some intel front group, a language school, or a peace corps program, and then they used him as a tool, probably because they got ahold of his psychological profiles and flagged as a potential asset early on, I presume.
Just another hapless victim . . .
No idea about the Anger connection.

According to Colin Ross, Chapman had DID and was a "self-created Manchurian Candidate Assassin." Which, of course, seems sort of odd.
ps. I saw Kenneth Anger on the street in Hollywood last month. Reminded me of Burroughs.

I have Anger Me by Bill Landis. Here is the part about Chapman from pages 228 and 229:
I called Anger a few days later. He was hysterical. "John Lennon's been shot. He was a very good friend of mine. I'm on my way to the District Attorney's office because Mark David Chapman came up to me at a screening in Hawaii and handed me a fistful of bullets. He said, 'These are for John Lennon.'
...
Anger was about to receive a lot of shocking publicity. He told the press about Chapman: "He came to my film show but instead of moving on, he kept asking me, 'You know Anita Pallenberg? You know Mick Jagger? You know John and Yoko? How often do you see them for dinner?' I said, 'I live in New York.' 'They live in New York.' He kept bugging me. He went down the list of rock stars I knew." After shaking Chapman's hand, Anger was given two 38-caliber cartridges.
Chapman has told me by letter that he did, in fact, meet Anger and that there were three parts to their meeting. He also asked me for a copy of the Koran and, like every modern-day murder star, had his hand out for money to tell me about it. I declined.

This is pretty much on the unproven side, but I think Chapman may have gotten some of his programming in Hawaii. First there was Castle Memorial Hospital, where he lived, that featured a lot of military shrinks on staff. There are unsubstantiated rumors even about World Vision running a "hypnosis school" there that he may have attended...

AD the article you posted about Inouye's intel connections made me wonder the same thing. I'd heard Chapman had been through some kind of MK program but I didn't know it was in Hawaii.American Dream wrote:This is pretty much on the unproven side, but I think Chapman may have gotten some of his programming in Hawaii. What's also interesting is that young Mr Obama grew up in Hawaii, apparently near a military base, because he writes in his "Audacity" book about admiring the cleanness and orderliness of the American base and the security he felt walking by it, which he associates with Reagan. Hmm. In fact I heard from a friend with a relative in the military that he still works out at that base because she saw him in the gym the last time he was there.

Maybe he's been part of the security apparatus for longer than the four short years he's held national office, which would explain his total lack of remorse when pulling his 180 degree policy reversals, for example on FISA last June. That was startling. Then there was Hilllary, Rahm, Gates, Geithner, the phony stimulus, AIG, GM, Iraq, "Af-Pak," not ending torture, calling off CIA prosecutions, and soon he'll take an axe to Social Security, or so he's promised many times in many ways. He stands in front of the Constitution and rolls out a fascist, unconstitutional "preventative detention" policy and calls it "rule of law" in the same sincere tone he talked about his opposition to "dumb wars" back in 2004. He's a completely shameless automaton, just like Reagan, but without even Reagan's excuses. So I'm beginning to wonder if he wasn't groomed for this role from an early age.lightningBugout wrote:Hmm what?

With only a few small but significant reservations about Tarpley's somewhat histrionic ( and equally somewhat LaRouchian) take on late 20th history I would recommend his,Barack H. Obama: The Unauthorized Biography, for an informative take on O's psychological make-up. His view of the man as a coldly pragmatic practitioner of post-modern amorality as informed by a deep philosophical existentialism does much to explain his seemingly callous policy decisions as well his disarming and cock-sure personal megalomania.lupercal wrote:Maybe he's been part of the security apparatus for longer than the four short years he's held national office, which would explain his total lack of remorse when pulling his 180 degree policy reversals... ... A prima facie case against World Vision is made in the video and threads linked below.IanEye wrote:World Visionjlaw172364 wrote: Levenda alleges that Chapman fell in to some intel front group, a language school, or a peace corps program, and then they used him as a tool, probably because they got ahold of his psychological profiles and flagged as a potential asset early on, I presume.
