I think this has been discussed before, "stealth technology to bend light to hide people". It looks like they've really jumped ahead.
The video below is pretty standard camo tech rehash until the 1:37. Looks like they have a cheap, mobile version that from what I can tell doesn't need an external projector. Scary shit.
