There's someone at MIT called Seth Lloyd?

Sith Lord of MIT has previously addressed himself to calculating the conceivable limits on the computing power of such a black hole computer.

Newscientist is a psyops rag with military ties, as I've explicated a number of times with other articles.

This headline about the 'contents of black holes' from 4 month-old news was timed to be seen when many other psyop papers were tying people of color to AIDS. Why?

1) Obama was speaking to the big AIDS conference and getting credit for unemployment extensions and a financial overhaul bill all at once.
2) The Center for Disease Control had just released a study showing that POVERTY, not any ethnicity, was the single biggest factor in heterosexual AIDS. Since most people are heterosexual, this fact has some personal relevance to the general public, even Fox tv watchers.

Nope, not 'black = AIDS.'
Poor = AIDS.

Uh-oh! So this fact and timing of Obama's speech to AIDS conference provided spooks a chance to rremind us of what
'may be lurking in black holes.'

Note the dates, please.

VIENNA | Mon Jul 19, 2010 3:09pm EDT
(Reuters) - Many low-income urban areas across the United States have epidemics of HIV, with 2.1 percent of heterosexuals in poverty-stricken urban areas infected with the incurable AIDS virus, U.S. scientists said on Monday.

In a study of rates of HIV across the United States, researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that poverty is the single most important factor linked to HIV infection among inner-city heterosexuals.

"In this country, HIV clearly strikes the economically disadvantaged in a devastating way," said CDC HIV/AIDS expert Kevin Fenton, whose findings were presented at an international conference on AIDS in Vienna.
.....
The researchers found no differences in HIV prevalence by race or ethnicity in heterosexuals in poor areas.
.....

Not the first time this trick has been used. See CIA-Disney's movie, 'The Black Hole' which in 1979 meant women, communism, and Vietnam.

Newscientist is what it is as I have documented repeatedly and deserves more than non-committal snark.

Publisher to End Arms Affair

Reed Elsevier, a major publishing company, has bowed to pressure from peace groups and academics, announcing that it will end its role in organizing arms fairs by the end of the year.

Reed Exhibitions, a division of Reed Elsevier, organizes events including the Defence Systems and Equipment International (DSEI) in London in September, IDEX in Abu Dhabi and the Latin American Aero and Defence exhibition in Rio de Janeiro. In a media statement, the company stated that "the defence shows are no longer compatible with Reed Elsevier's position as a leading publisher of scientific, medical, legal and business content." The Campaign Against Arms Trade welcomed the decision as did the medical journal The Lancet, which is published by Reed Elsevier. In 2005 the company defended its role in organizing weapons shows on the grounds that the defense industry was "necessary for upholding national security for the preservation of democratic values."

I think you misunderstand, Joe. This is not my viewpoint. I'm exposing it.

US CIA media keeps up subliminal racism as a social control device, 'divide-and-conquer.'
It is their intention to stoke up fear and loathing about other people.

Remember Lou Dobbs who kept portraying immigrants as being lepers? Same nasty biz. He finally got canned when he had inspired a movement against his racism.

No man, I know its not your view...

I can't believe you think that example is an accurate one?

Everyone knows the two biggest indicators for increasing chance of AIDS infection are poverty and ignorance. If they don't they should.

If you look at it properly you will see that "science" as an institution plays the role you ascribe to New Scientist. Thats why they tell kids in school that for all its badness war always drives innovation.

What scientific publications aren't compromised just out of interest?

Yes, this is true and this understanding has become part of my personality, as well as most people's here. And everyday, I strive to make norms and regs aware of this type of worldview. But it doesn't negate the fact that the Physics department at the University of Indiana still discovered that universes may exist inside of black holes. And I will gladly get on a Greyhound bus, try not to get beheaded by a Wendigo, go to Bloomington, and attempt to check Poplawski's research personally. New Scientist has practically nothing to do with that discovery.

Hugh, you had a week's suspension recently for disruption. You've had such time outs before. Your posting conduct demonstrates that a week isn't long enough.

Make one more post in this thread, I don't care what it is, and I'm suspending your account for a month.

Somebody on the board linked to a lecture by Naseem Haramein.
Its 4 hours long, but I must have watched it 3 or 4 times now.He reckons its black holes whether you're looking at the centre of atoms, planets, stars, galaxies or universes. His powerpoint slideshow includes SOHO footage of what he claims are UFOs leaving and entering this solar system via the black hole at the centre of our sun. Also claims a huge chunk of space rock was deflected out of our path by ufo activity back in 02-03
I don't know that much about this guy,or how his mainstream peers view his theories.Anyone got links/thoughts if you've seen it?
