(Reuters) - Many low-income urban areas across the United States have epidemics of HIV, with 2.1 percent of heterosexuals in poverty-stricken urban areas infected with the incurable AIDS virus, U.S. scientists said on Monday.
In a study of rates of HIV across the United States, researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that poverty is the single most important factor linked to HIV infection among inner-city heterosexuals.
"In this country, HIV clearly strikes the economically disadvantaged in a devastating way," said CDC HIV/AIDS expert Kevin Fenton, whose findings were presented at an international conference on AIDS in Vienna.

The researchers found no differences in HIV prevalence by race or ethnicity in heterosexuals in poor areas.

This headline about the 'contents of black holes' from 4 month-old news was timed to be seen when many other psyop papers were tying people of color to AIDS. Why?
1) Obama was speaking to the big AIDS conference and getting credit for unemployment extensions and a financial overhaul bill all at once.
2) The Center for Disease Control had just released a study showing that POVERTY, not any ethnicity, was the single biggest factor in heterosexual AIDS.
Nope, not 'black = AIDS.'
Poor = AIDS.
Uh-oh! So this fact and timing of Obama's speech to AIDS conference provided a chance to rremind us of what
'may be lurking in black holes.'
Publisher to End Arms Affair
Source: Guardian (UK), June 1, 2007
Reed Elsevier, a major publishing company, has bowed to pressure from peace groups and academics, announcing that it will end its role in organizing arms fairs by the end of the year.
Reed Exhibitions, a division of Reed Elsevier, organizes events including the Defence Systems and Equipment International (DSEI) in London in September, IDEX in Abu Dhabi and the Latin American Aero and Defence exhibition in Rio de Janeiro. In a media statement, the company stated that "the defence shows are no longer compatible with Reed Elsevier's position as a leading publisher of scientific, medical, legal and business content." The Campaign Against Arms Trade welcomed the decision as did the medical journal The Lancet, which is published by Reed Elsevier. In 2005 the company defended its role in organizing weapons shows on the grounds that the defense industry was "necessary for upholding national security for the preservation of democratic values."

It is their intention to stoke up fear and loathing about other people.
