I mean this very seriously- with no snark implied whatsoever: What would you suggest as a better alternative?

Really there is no better alternative.

Yes, there is. Reread your post that set me off and try to imagine how you might have conveyed the same thing differently without the obvious triggers. And ffs try to humanize yourself. You read like a fucking bot sometimes.

Living is a meditation on death.

I reckon thats one of the most rigorously intuitive things Ive heard around here on a while, assuming you accept the possibility there's actually somethng more in store for you on death, that is.

You're not coming through very clearly, bph.

Yeah, I could have specifically not identified contentious issues and I could have not named particular people- is that what you mean? Because to me being so vague about the most central concerns would mean veering dangerously close to a "Care Bear" kind of fluffiness that's not very real.

And you could reply to the points I raised about your post and the solutions put forward as well as posting cartoons.

Does this mean I am likely to develop sympathies for the Right?

In the sense of sympathy that you use, that need not develop or be the case just because some ‘right winger’ happens to say something that makes sense, on its own. For instance, John Lash pushing on the issue of the retribution/redemption element in our model seems useful. It’s a pretty strong image for how manipulation is enabled.
For fantastic doctrines supported by sketchy evidence?

I’m not keen on fantastic doctrines either and it is disconcerting how those things can spread.

The odds are very, very small that this will be the case.

And that’s fine, but to get back to John Lash, he (and others on your shit list) may be misguided in his conclusions, this being quite common, perhaps part of the human condition, but he still has some useful things to say.

So it's basically a fucked situation.

Not really, we can ‘hear’ some of what ‘those folk’ say without being taken in by the larger thesis at all, just like we can ‘hear’ the globalist spin on events and likewise, not be taken in the least.

That's why I'm trying to stay true to my values but also hold fast to the choices I have made regarding the "ignore" option...

You can’t do both because ‘ignore’ is no kind of value. Ignore does not really work.
All these things will continue as long as coercion remains a central element of our mentality.
