Not really worth trying to integrate it into your landscape. Best if you can just quit having to step over it and get rid of it. Just a nasty pile of noxious goo. Unfortunately nobody here with a shovel seems to want to go to the trouble.
I don't think it would be especially hard to make a case to an objective person that
Ken O'Keefe has said some pretty odd shit about the Jews. When I first started using internet forums in 1996, I would get whole-body somatic responses to words on a screen; I couldn't take an insult as anything but a provocation to
fight, problematic stuff when you're alone in a room with a computer. (For the record, my home computer body count stands at seven. I wish I could pretend that was just youth, but my most recent victim was in 2013.)
Thank fuck for real life, though. Twitter, too: that's definitely helped me cultivate total detachment. I don't even sweat death threats at this point, which is a good thing because those are so seldom serious.
All that is to say:
what the fuck, you guys? Sure, you've got a hasbra attack dog nibbling at your digi-heels, but what does it matter? Why does it bother you so much? Let me rephrase that -- I don't care about "why," after all, and it's not what I'm really digging for:
how can it bother you so much? How? Especially when it is mostly such juvenile drive-by sniping, especially when it is just a remix of the same 20 words, every time.
I'm fascinated by how
effective "Anti-Semite" is. And I think we're actively participating in that. You can't invoke "what society thinks" because
it's just us here. I'm one of a handful of morons here who have tendered enough personal information to actually lose their job in real life as a result of the material here -- most of you are so insulated it's wonder you give a fuck. To me.
Anyways. That comment above got "reported," a function I haven't seen used properly since 2014, and it while it
is a violation of rules and etc, we'll call this a written warning, a law enforcement innovation I'm pretty fond of.
I can't take claims of "disruption" seriously when y'all so clearly enjoy being disrupted. There's a lot
participation here. I leave you to it.
