That will be enough of that.

Tennis ace Nikoloz Basilashvili was forced to retire after struggling to breathe in his ATP Cup match in Sydney today, Wednesday 5 January. The Georgian needed treatment from a doctor during his singles match against Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas and eventually, the match was abandoned.
Play was halted when Basilashvili was serving at 4-1 down in the first set. After he hit a long forehand to go 0-30 down to his Greek opponent, he left the court slowly to head towards his team area. He tried to take some deep breaths and sip on some water while he waited for the physio to attend to him.
According to people close to the bench, hand gestures made by Basilashvili suggested he was feeling tightness in his chest. The physio then waved over a second doctor to assess the situation. The tennis ace was overheard saying: “Every shot I’m out of breath”. The situation is eerily similar to how Sports Personality of The Year Emma Raducanu had to finish her spectacular Wimbledon run last year.
They also brought to mind the scenes that occurred with Sergio Aguero while playing for Barcelona that ultimately led to his retirement. During the commentary of the match, former British tennis star Colin Fleming said: This is concerning, very concerning I would say. If you feel like you can’t take any kind of deep breath at this level and this intensity, that’s an issue.”
Basilashvili left the court with his medics while his opponent kept warm by playing rallying with a teammate. Unfortunately, when the world No22 returned, he confirmed he could no longer continue and the umpire called the game. Tsitsipas said: “It’s obviously not easy playing when you are not at 100per cent. I completely understand his situation. It’s a shame.”

Djokovic Reveals He Was Given Exemption To Enter Australia Because Of Recent Covid Infection
The scandal over Australia's botched response to No-vax Djokovic is getting worse by the day.
After being stuck in immigration limbo for half a week, the world's tennis number one Novak Djokovic said in a legal challenge on Saturday to being refused entry to Australia that he had been given medical exemption from vaccination against COVID-19 because he had contracted the illness last month.
In a court filing ahead of a hearing on Monday over his visa cancellation Djokovic said he had received the exemption from scandal-plagued tournament organizer, Tennis Australia, with a follow-up letter from the Department of Home Affairs saying he was allowed into the country. By revealing his recently infected status, Djokovic is effectively pushing the debate of natural immunity, which has been extensively maligned by the authorities, vs vaccinations (and their numerous adverse side-effects) to the forefront.
“Mr. Djokovic understood that he was entitled to enter Australia and Victoria and to compete in the Australian Tennis Open,” the lawyers wrote. The 35-page filing was released on Saturday.

The Serbian player, hoping to win his 21st Grand Slam at the Australian Open later this month, is on his third day in immigration detention in Melbourne - a case that has caused a sporting, political and diplomatic furore.
A vocal opponent of vaccine mandates, Djokovic has been confined since Thursday in a modest hotel after his visa was cancelled due to problems with the medical exemption from the country's immigration requirement for coronavirus vaccination that he presented. The drama has caused tensions between Serbia and Australia and has also become a flashpoint for opponents of vaccine mandates around the world.
"I explained that I had been recently infected with COVID in December 2021 and on this basis I was entitled to a medical exemption in accordance with Australian Government rules and guidance," Djokovic said in the filing about his experience being detained at Melbourne Airport.
London consultant tells Sajid Javid about his refusal to be vaccinated

A doctor has spoken to the Health Secretary about his refusal to be vaccinated despite working in intensive care since the start of the pandemic.
Steve James, a consultant anaesthetist at King’s College Hospital in London who has worked in the ICU since early 2020 treating Covid patients, told Sajid Javid why he did not believe in vaccination.
The Health Secretary politely expressed his disagreement [!!!] and urged the public to get boosted during his visit.
Mr James told the PA news agency he did not believe Covid-19 was causing “very significant problems” for young people, adding that his patients in the ICU had been “extremely overweight” with multiple other co-morbidities.
